My wife and I tried the regular and the fish-based tanmen (see pics); both are "kotteri" for the right reasons! The noodles are also unique, with an Italian pasta feel. You have to try this restaurant once! Note: parking was a nightmare. Come on foot or be prepared to drive rounds to find a spot.
