Been here many times,have yet to be disappointed and don't expect to be either. Admittedly,not being terribly adventurous, I always have the same dish, hence the title of this review. Ordering a take away is easy and orders are taken efficiently (never had an incorrect order yet) and despite the popularity of the place, waits for orders are seldom inordinately long. I also like the fact that food is cooked in full view of the patrons and staff are polite and well supervised.Thanks for the feedback SPH20617. I am sorry to hear about the long wait, we are working hard on our customer service to provide the best for you. In the meantime, we hope such incidents do not stop you from having fate in us and in every visit you see that we are improving. Thanks!

I ordered a prawn tempura starter and a prawn chow ming made with thin egg noodles.Delivered, the cost was â¬15.20.the prawn starter was an oddly flavoured but very bland offering with virtually no taste of prawn.The chow ming was stodgy, bland and with the exception of the onions absolutely flavourless......and that included the prawns. A virtually tasteless dollop of fried stuff most of which ended up in the bin.An experience never to be repeated ..... NOT recommended.

We were staying in the Travelodge connected to this diner.It's nicely decorated, spacious with quite a good menu with curries, traditional English food, burgers ect. So there really is someone for everyone.It was quiet when we went in, and they had a deal for a meal and a glass of wine for 11 euro - which was great!I had the fish and chips, it came with two pieces of fish, peas and chips. The chips were cooked and plenty of them! It was a large meal for a really good value deal!The only thing I would say is that it could have done with a bit more music or something to liven it up.

We have been customers for 2 years ordering once a week. This evening my husband went and collected our order, as he walked back into our house the bottom of the paper bag gave way due to the soup and the curry leaking and burst all over floor and walls. When my husband phoned he was put on hold for 5 minutes and then passed to the really busy manager. He knew this because he told my husband he is so busy about 10 times. My husband explained what happened and asked he send a replacement out as he wasnât driving back down because they package heavy leaking containers into flimsy paper bags. The manager argued that the containers are tested and durable and my husband explained again, the issue is with the paper bag bursting not the containers. The manager then passed the phone to a young girl who said the order would take 40 minutes. My husband said his should be a priority as the fault lies with them to which the girl promptly hung up. Enraged my husband drove back down to get a refund due to the obnoxious manager and his disgusting attitude. Not once when my husband was speaking to him did he stop what he was doing, continuing to answer the phone. Not once did he apologise for destroying our hall, my husbands shoes and clothes. I have spent the last hour cleaning my hall. Our evening has been ruined and that smarmy manager didnât once say sorry. I will be shouting from the rooftops our experience with Sanuk and I can see from others reviews this manager has quiet the reputation. Camille has just opened in Airside and is beautiful food and very pleasant staff so this will be our new Saturday night treat. I plan to go down and make a complaint to the owner along with a bill for my husbands shoes and an invoice for cleaning the smell of fish sauce from my hall. Avoid at all costs, dump

go here all the time excellent food and service never got a bad meal in 16 yrs the standard of quality of the food never slips in this rest,and very reasonably priced as well so if you like chinese food you should check this one out.

Been getting take away here the lasts few weeks and love it, do a great meal for 1 for 13.50 cant be beat. So went to the restaurant last night, do a great early bird 5 to 7 for 19.99. Got the korma a chilli tikka masala and GOC naan was fantastic, normally get the tikka masala which is my favourite. Im a big fan of indie spice but this might just be better. Staff were really nice tooThank you so much Thomas for your great review. We are delighted that you had a great time dining in our restaurant. As you mentioned, the early bird menu is a good deal we made for our customers and it is available 7 days a week. We are very grateful you gave us chance to serve you and do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

Food was average but the service was really bad. Waited 30 minutes to order. Then another waitress came to take our order again 10 minutes later. Waited another 20 minutes for starters. Wantons and chicken skewers. Ordered another drink and the waitress brought a normal 7up instead of sugar free. Then the waiter came with the same order 5 minutes later. Main courses were ok..but somewhat bland. Waitresses were bringing food to all the wrong tables. Ours said she was new as were a few of the staff. There was no communication between the staff. Waiter asked if we wanted another drink and we said not just yet. He arrived with the bill 2 minutes later..which we hadnât asked for. We pointed out the bill was incorrect as we had a voucher. Groups that arrived after us had left before us. Overall we were in the restaurant for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Would not visit this restaurant again
