My husband and I discovered Bonsai when searching for a different restaurant (that one didn't look too appealing so we kept going). After 17 hours of flying time and horrible airline food, we wanted something light and flavorful. We certainly got that at Bonsai. Isaac was our guide with the extensive menu. His suggestions were just what we wanted (with the Tuna Tataki being my favorite). I paired the food with a crisp Riesling and was in heaven. I told Isaac we'd be back and last night we were there again. Isaac remembered what we had eaten on our previous visit. His suggestions again proved to be just wonderful (and I had the Tuna Tataki again). So sorry our trip to Perth is over so soon or we'd go back again. Bravo to the staff and chef! Perth is lucky to have you.

I love Canton Bay and absolutely recommend friends for dim sum. The address for this restaurant should be 20 Roe Street, NORTHBRIDGE WA 6003. There's paid parking next door but it's better to park on the street with paid parking ticket which is 5 times less.Service is good as usual, decor is unique, lavatories are well maintained. There's always a queue so best to get there early.

We returned for a quick Saturday lunch, taking advantage of the unusual short queue. The ramen was still pretty tasty and fresh. However, the standard of the broth has slipped that day. The depth of favour of a well brewed broth was missing, it tasted like MSG laden dish soup. The shao pork was not lightly grilled but a slice of boiled pork. I gave 4 stars here based on the many good experiences from previous visits. I hope the next visit would redeem Nao back to where it should be.

This a a little gem. We had a very finicky eater in our group and the staff were extremely friendly, patient and accommodating. The mal the provided for her was delicious. All the meals were excellent and very reasonably priced. There is a bottle shop across the road, so easy for BYO. Recommend.

Classic style restaurant in very accessible location north of city centre serving Traditional Thai recipes in Classy Downtown Bangkok format . Food is prepared with daily fresh ingredients in open kitchen which adds to the busy atmosphere of this unique r
The food and service were wonderful. Traditional Thai classics such as green chicken curry and chicken and cashew. Just check the spice heat if you are sensitive like me. The green chicken was very hot for me.....still being superb at the same time. The ambience is also lovely.

Predominantly Cambodian with Thai and Vietnamese influences, My Bayon offers authentic flavour sensations of Southeast Asian Cuisines. "Think Flavour Remember My Bayon"
There is nothing bad about this restaurant!!!! Excellent food of the highest quality, fantastic customer service despite having a new staff member who was trying to learn the routine that resulted in slightly longer time between servings. A minor issue considering the number of full tables requiring service. All in all Iâd return at any time. Well done My Bayon team !!!!

First time visiting this restaurant. I had second thoughts of visiting cos I was not sure what to expect, will they be rude and expect (demand) you to pay a minimum sum. But i decided to give it a try and I am glad I did!The staff were very warm, smiling and welcoming! They invited me to step in to have a look and help myself when I am ready. I must say i enjoyed their dishes, at my own pace and mixture of choices! This is not a typical restaurant serving buffet spread so I feel their variety is actually very decent. The place is clean, free seating wherever I like and anytime I feel like having more I can just join the queue. At no point in time I feel pressured about paying - I felt welcomed to enjoy the taste and ambience more than anything. I had a good time and decided to pay slightly more than the amount I seen in people's reviews online.Thumbs up for this concept (especially in modern times like now and the sustainability) and the kind people who kept this going on!!

Serving Indian street food, curries, beers and great selection of whiskies in the heart of Northbridge.
I went for dinner tonight into this restaurant with a few colleagues. The restaurant looked very promising as we entered. They advertised Indian street food. There was a cart full of Paani Puri, the quintessential staple of Indian street food. The smells from the kitchen were promising a fine cuisine on offer. The menu looked interesting with Vodka filled Paani Puri, traditional less popular curries from North and South India, Sri Lankan Arrack based Lassi, etc. We ordered these items with lots of expectations. We were disappointed as the food arrived. The food was bland with lack of Indian Spices, lack of adequate salts that Indian foods need, lack of sour tastes (from tomatoes and tamarind). It tasted like Indian food made at home when people are sick. Usually as kids when we were sick, the food would be made bland. This food reminded me of that. I think the cooks really need to rethink their bland food strategy. The dishes are all right, just need to make them taste as they should. I hope it lives up to its potential. But I won't be visiting again.

Experience award winning authentic Thai inspired cuisine in an elegant contemporary setting where fresh and seasonal local produce is transformed and warmly served into the signature taste of Dusit Dheva.
We arranged to meet friends for a pre-show dinner, and after reading the reviews, chose Dusit Dheva.Sometime I wonder just who writes these reviews as we left feeling quite disappointed. On the positive side, the food was very good, and beautifully presented, however the menu was very limited (6 entrees and 13 mains to choose from) and portions were very small indeed As an example, the menu describes the Galloping Horses as minced duck & cashew nut âmorselsâ on fresh pineapple and mandarin segments. Morsel being the operative word as each was no more than a level teaspoon!!The mains were equally small. I counted 6 prawns in my Fried Prawn meal while my wifeâs Pork Belly dish did little to destroy her appetite!!To make matters worse, the service was hopelessly slow and at one stage we had to ask when they were going to serve our mains. Iâd hate to come here on a busy night....The only thing large was the price, made even larger by the inflated wine prices..

Visited this restaurant with two other couples who had previously enjoyed a meal here. Thai is our favourite food so qualified to assess. Well we were not disappointed at all and thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we ordered which included salmon, duck, pad Thai and various starters. All dishes were cooked to perfection and fresh ingredients contributed to a very tasty experience. The bonus is that it is all BYO.Will certainly return and highly recommended.
