What to do and see in Stratford, Canada: The Best Places and Tips
The Thai food here is unbelievable but be sure to order "take out". The restaurant itself has "0" atmosphere is a lot like eating at some sort of backwoods greasy spoon... but the food really is authentic and delicious... With large portions. I often have Green Curry but also enjoy the soups and Pad Thai. The price is a little steep compared to other Thai places in town but the food is considerably better than anywhere around.

we had dinner at Gene's tonight before attending the theatre, every thing was first rate the service was excellent the food was hot and delicious and the price was very reasonable.I started with the Hot and Sour soup it was amazing my wife had a bowl of Won ton soup that she really enjoyed. I then had the Szechuan Beef and she had the Tai Dop Voy both were delicious..A wonderful meal and we were in and out in an hour I highly recommend Gene's, we will be back for sure.

Travelling through Stratford often we had seen this new Thai Restaurant pop up but hadn't stopped in. On Good Friday we stopped for lunch and found the food fresh and tasty. We had wonton soup, mango salad and Cashew chicken and the management threw in an 'on the house' special soup as an appetizer! We found every dish to be made of fresh ingredients, very tasty and we will be back. We recommend this restaurant heartily!

I was surprised how full the styrofoam box was. I ordered C4, chicken fried rice, beef with veg and almonds, s&s chicken balls and an egg roll. I just wish they had asked if I needed cutlery as I am from out of town and took it back to my motel. Usually I carry utensils with me but had to use coffee stir sticks like chop sticks.

We both ordered the combo spicy roll dinner with 3 spicy rolls. The presentation was not good and they were excessively covered in spicy mayo sauce that was not very spicy and there was way to much mayo. The rolls did not look very good and were very bland. We had tea and 2 seaweed salads and 2 spicy roll combos and it is was over $50. I recommend mr Kimâs at the general store on Ontario street much better rolls at half the price. All can eat places are better than pearl and much cheaper.

The restaurant was packed. Glad we had a reservation. I give everything an average rating. The servers did a good job, but did not exceed expectations. The food was tasty but the noodles were overcooked and mushy, which was a big turn off. Food Presentation was OK.

Coconut milk soup with fish was a meal in itself; Pad Kee Mao was mildly spicy with a nice basil overlay, hot and fresh noodles. Mango Salmon was sweet and delicious, and good the next day.
