I have lived in Squamish for a long time and the Lotus has seen quite a few owners since that time, however the new owners are missing the mark totally for food quality. We ordered a Lotus Garden special chop Suey, Curried Beef and the seafood special.GAWD awful,,,we saved all the pieces of Celery,,,32 large chunks in all,,,4 pieces of Broccoli, 27 slices of carrots LARGE,,,6 pieces of thin sliced meat,,,3 squid, 4 prawns, and 3 slices of thick mystery meat,,,texture of corned beef>???Well I should have expected it but thought new owners, new food???? WRONGWe eat in Vancouver a lot and eat Asian when we can,,,this was a HUGE disappointmentI would never recommend anyone order or eat heresorry, this is a miss not a hit!

Wow.... so bad! Squamish, hate the Chinese food. Didn't get everything I ordered and got raw food. I ended up having to recook what I did get because the chicken and beef were both raw. I called to complain and instead of come back for a refund or a new dish I was told by the chef "I"ll tell my wife". Really? She didn't cook it, you did. If you want Squamish business treat your customers with common sense and remake this crap or give a refund. When I asked what they like to eat there I should have walked away after I got a blank stare.

From the outside the Restaurant Building did not look good. The Food was good but came out cold. The Service was very slow at first but then improved during the night. Some of the dishes was good but the Lemon Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken were very dry. The Sauce was on the side and cookedwith chicken dishes. Maybe in Australia it is cooked differently.

We always stop by at Samurai Sushi for lunch when we come to Squamish.I ordered lunch comb and salmon sushi. My son had chicken udon. They were great. If you don't know how to use chopsticks, they made own chopsticks trainer for you to use.

New Indian Restaurant In Squamish, Great Place To Enjoy Indian Food In Squamish At A Reasonable Price. Free delivery is available if the purchase meets the $25 minimum. Samosa`s and Tikki`s are $1 each
Weâre excited to find an Indian sweets place close to Shannon Falls but weâre highly disappointed by their poor food quality and lame service. We particularly found their goat biryani and dahi bhalla the worst, their vegetarian dishes were not bad but goat biryani spoiled our experience. The goat biryani seemed to be a poor mix of vegetarian biryani and goat curry and dahi bhalla tasted like a rock solid wada with yogurt poured on top. Weâre so disappointed by the food quality that we decided to skip sweets which originally drew us in to this place. I do not recommend this place.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The value for money is only exceeded by the freshness of the food and the wonderful portions which is only exceeded by the friendliness and kindness of the people working here. It's my new go-to place in town now, especially for lunch where there are some fantastic deals. I can't recommend this place enough; stop reading this and get yourself a table :)

Ate a fantastic meal here with friends and was really impressed with the menu and service. The highlight was the Smoking Saba, mackerel served inside a glass dome infused with applewood smoke. The sushi is really excellent here, and pricing very reasonable, especially after eating in Whistler. There is a great kids menu with sensible sized portions and a Happy Hour menu. This is a really great find and somewhere I'd definitively come back to when I'm in Squamish.

We stopped in for a casual meal and found this hidden gem! We ate, we drank, we ate some more, we napped and ate again! This sweet little spot had amazing flavour and fantastic ambiance... the food tasted like it was made with lots of love! Yum!

This is by far the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been. It is worth the drive just for a meal at Sushi Sen. It serves the freshest seafood & the menu has quite a list of varieties to try. It is always pack with customers and it's all about the timing to get in. I always use this test - if not sure what to have, I would order a chirashi don. That would determine how fresh are the varieties of sashimi & the rice. It would determine what will be served as sashimi.
