Marie /ˌsuː seɪnt məˈriː/ is a city in, and the county seat of, Chippewa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is situated on the northeastern end of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, on the Canada–US border, and separated from its twin city of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, by the St. Marys River. The city is relatively isolated from other communities in Michigan and is 346 miles from Detroit. The population was 14,144 at the 2010 census, making it the second-most populous city in the Upper Peninsula. By contrast, the Canadian Sault Ste. Marie is much larger, with more than 75,000 residents, based on more extensive industry developed in the 20th century and an economy with closer connections to other communities.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this after randomly searching sushi. We were not disappointed. Variety of fresh sushi, gorgeous presentation and soup and salad were great. Only negatives were it was not licensed and there a male staff member or at least he appeared to me yapping away. He was a bit distracting.

Second time eating and Asian Buffet. Great selections and great price. The staff was constantly restocking, and attending to the selections. Often at a buffet I think everything ends up tasting the same, not here however. Good selections on both the lunch and dinner buffet.

We stopped here because we noticed the name was the same as a restaurant we love in Cheboygan..owners are related we found out..facility was very clean and food was served quickly..I prefer the food in cheboygan and was a little disappointed because the egg drop soup wasn't good.. however tried other asian cusine in the Soo and this was the best in town..

We ordered meals to take home. All were good but nothing special. I had sweet & sour chicken with fried rice, we also had egg rolls and cream cheese fried wontons. My brother in law had roast pork egg foo young which he said was very good. I would order from here again.

Although many of the dishes were very tasty, several of the dishes were cool to the touch. It would have tasted a lot better if the food was warmer. We also found that the price was expensive . The selection was limited, the salad bar was almost non-existent and the desert area lacking. For the price, there should have been a whole lot more.
