Really enjoyed our visit here. The restaurant looks recently renovated, bar at the entrance with seating area, dining area is cosy and well appointed.Service we found attentive and professional. The food was very good, we had four different curries and they all tasted really good. For a small restaurant the menu is extensive.Will certainly be returning

Another great takeaway from here tonight. Ordered via just eat so very simple - food arrived before time, hot and smelling delicious!! Popadoms and chutneys were perfect, lamb Rogan and chicken bhuna were authentic and perfectly spiced and rice and chapattis faultless!Highly recommend this place and we will certainly be ordering again soon

all the dishes I have tried have been excellent.a nice variety of dishes with some fantastic flavours.the only drawback is waiting time they say it will be ready but you often have to wait sometimes quite a while.this is the only indian we use.

Staff were friendly and fully attentive, the food we ordered were all completely different dishes and it all arrived nicely presented, all looking different and freshly cooked. Not brightly coloured or gravy like that you get at many local restaurants! All the dishes from starters, sides and mains were all excellent and tasted great. It was a non buffet night and I think the food was better for it. The restaurant was clean and fresh and all the waiters were smart. An excellent evening!

Arrived on time for our reservation on a Friday night but when walking through the door there was no one around, and we waited about 5 minutes to be greeted by a waiter who appeared to be on his own doing everything. Wasn't aware of booking but seated us, fortunately quite quiet. Good varied menu with lots of new signature dishes. Took a while to order but after that, the food and drinks all were very good and no problems with the service. Nice sized portions too. Just need to get the service sorted. Enjoy

I havenât actually eaten in the restaurant but we regularly order takeaways from Cafe Bangla so felt I should leave them a review. I cannot recommend them enough, we always receive wonderful service every time. The food is always delicious, hot and delivered within the time stated. The staff on the phone and delivery staff are always so pleasant we wouldnât go anywhere else. Thank you Cafe Bangla!!!!

We ordered a takeaway from here recently to collect and were filled with high expectations judging by the delicious smells emulating from the open kitchen.... but sadly Upon tucking in we felt underwhelmed...It was all âokâ and âacceptableâ but nothing stood out as spectacular.We had a variety of starters all which had a very similar and sadly rather bland flavour to them. The tandoori mixed grill was ok - the naan bread , again ok. The popadoms were nice and crisp and fresh tasting but the accompanying chutneys were in very small containers and ran out way before the popadoms did.Overall our takeaway was âalrightâ but there are better places out there which is sad as this is so close to home.
