We came here based on the reviews. The owners were friendly, the bubble tea and spring rolls were good. Gotta say though, flies were an issue. No air conditioning and the door open in July. We thought our Vietnamese place back home was better.

We moved from Kansas City to Florida last year. We recently visited to welcome our new Granddaughter. Vietnam Cafe was one of our 1st stops. We love and miss it so much. The owner and all the staff always goes above and beyond our expectations. We have searched all over Florida for a Vietnamese restaurant that can at least come close. We found a good one BUT they don't offer the delicious Crab rangoon, Fried shrimp egg rolls, Seafood Pho,( sigh) Boo,Hoo. I forgot to ask the owner if they can ship..Yummy!!!

This restaurant location has had several things come and go thru the years. This restaurant might be here to stay. I went during lunch and it was packed. There was a good variety of non-typical Asian food (different types of fried rice including pineapple fried rice), which was a nice surprise.Great staff and decent food. We'll go back.

Iâve been their several times. The 1st time my meal was good, itâs been downhill there after. I order twice food to go. The 1st time the shrimp was old & had a distinct fishy taste, the second time I decided to give them another chanceand ordered a chicken dish. The chicken was mushy & didnât taste like chicken. Both times I could only eat enough to taste. I will not go back...

I thought the concept of "Cafe Gratitude" was to bring in those who cannot afford a fancy meal (prices are not cheap here) and the "haves" and "have nots" could share a table and a meal. That doesn't seem to happen at this location. Apparently, according to our server, the California locations have more of that - people donating to pay it forward so that others who come in can have a subsidized, discounted meal. Anyway, the food was good. Service good. Atmosphere is funky chic - hippy-esque. It is a tasty spot. Would not mind popping in again next time we are in Kansas City.
