It is hard to find good Jap food outside of Santiago City. This place surprised me. It has good rolls. I dont recomend hot plates nor the sashimis, but the rolls are greats.

Iâve gone to this restaurant many times when we lived in Rancagua! We loved the new location on the corner of Mujica and Almarza in the center of town. The Ramon is delicious especially with the added tiguim chicken or bulgogi. (a fried chicken and a Korean style beef) We love the staff and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant, the prices are all very reasonable as well! Very much recommend it any one who is in Rancagua!

The perfect fusion, ingredients and culinary techniques from Latin America mixed with Asia, unique in the city, discover the best of the ALMA, you will be surprised ...
The raw and cooked fish I had as starter and main course were amazing, so fresh soft and tender, both were accompanied by great sauces, garnish and side. When I first looked at the menu I was worried the food quality/flavor would not match the price but I was pleasantly suprised and while not the cheapest, this quality of food normally costs even more. The service was fast, friendly, profesional and completed the food perfectly.
