All the restaurants in this area are quite hidden at the moment by road works all along the street which is a shame. Hopefully the road mess will be finished soon. The restaurant itself has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the lady who does all the waiting on tables is extremely efficient and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and well presented. They have great plum wine and hot and cold sake as well. Our whole family has dined there often and think it is one of the best around. Absolutely recommend.

Warm house, friendly wait team and hot tasty real Thai food..are here unless you prefer to fly to Thailand... ;p
After looking at the menu literally next door to O-Cha (the local hotel with a Thai restaurant inside), we decided on O-Cha because it had more variety of dishes to choose from. First mistake...The portions were small; five slices of chicken in my stir fry. We actually sent back our meals, questioning the size of protein. Our meals came back with significantly more chicken, but only because weâd asked. My partner and I must have angered whoever was cooking at the time, and my meal contained much more strands of green peppercorns - too much for any person to enjoy. Our second mistake. We probably would have had a better meal next door. Next time we will be going there.

Wonderful food with friendly warm service. We had given up on Chinese restaurants, that is until a few years ago we found this gem and have become regulars. This place has no view and a basic decor, but everyone is here for the food which is classic Chinese. They do great takeaway service too. It's a good idea to book, as the locals all know about this place and it is generally very busy, so don't be surprised to be turned away with no reservation. Like Chinese food? This restaurant will tick all the boxes.

Particular highlights were the mixed tempura which had light batter and great mix of vegetarian and seafood. We also had Nigiri which came with generous amounts of kingfish and snapper. The agadashi eggplant is another go to dish.Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
3-4 days in Hong Kong allows enough time to get around most of the country. A boat trip to Hong Kong island is very inexpensive, but the best way to travel for the short trip, as you see the harbour. The underground is clean and extremely well priced and efficient. Buy a $40.00HK fare and it will last for your 4 days easily. Hong Kong shines at night when the market areas open up.

The restaurant is very large, very busy and quite noisy. It reminded us of when we had Yum Cha in Hong Kong. A great happy, buzzing atmosphere. The staff were very efficient and kept offering us a big variety of dishes. Loved the duck pancakes, prawn dumplings, calamari and pork. Very tasty. We had a very hungry group of 13 and we felt pricing was very reasonable, working out at $30 a head for everything.

We have eaten here on numerous occasions & the food is always first class. The beautiful crispy belly pork is a standout. Can't wait to return.

Always busy so thatâs a good sign,I took my granddaughter on a Saturday night,it was busy in Brighton-Le-Sands and the resteraunt is next to a busy road, but the food made up for that,it was really tasty. The service could have been better,it took ages for them to bring our drinks out and one plate of food came out and we had to wait for the second.the plates should come out together.

This place has evolved over the years and as previously stated, the same owners seem to always be involved or close by thus the quality remains the same. That quality is very good.I loved just the standard mixed entree and recommend it but the highlight for me was the Thai basil stir fry prawns.OMG how good were they??!!My only slight disappointment was the type of prawns they used but still way tasty and spicy. Also had the lemongrass crispy pork but it wasnât what I expected thus it wasnât quite as amazing as the prawns.Gotta go back and try the other menu items to give it a true test. But still I did like it a lot.
