Introduced to this seeming unassuming gem who have been regulars for 20 years...thank you.We enjoyed the banquet so we could try lots of different things but were lucky to negotiate the inclusion of the stuffed chicken wings (highly recommend).Food wasnât overly spiced but heat factor could be increased by negotiation!Friendly staff, family run business and awesome food

Nothing wrong with the service or the food that was available, it was all 'nice enough'. But I've eaten in quite a few Thai restaurants and there are many better menus than what was on offer here. Comparatively quite small and only a few that met dietary needs.Hi kevm987,Thank you for the review, we understand everyone has their own dietary requirement, thank you for giving us 4* for the service, and sure I will discuss with our chefs and hopefully we can have more great options to meet your dietary needs.Thank you for visiting S2 & have a good night!Love, Kyra

Dined here on a Saturday night at the early seating of 6.30pm. Excellent, friendly service. Indulged in the Tuk Tuk (chefs selection menu) and it was brilliant, really delicious as well as good value for the amount of food we were served, including dessert. Great atmosphere but very noisy so conversation was a little difficult. Good wine list as well. Great Thai food.

A truly delightful find, just off the end of the Rundle Mall by Hindmarsh Square. A very welcoming space, excellent serving team, really interesting tasty dishes. A whole range of choices from across Thailand. Very reasonably priced. Very popular, even on a Tuesday evening. Highly recommended.

Freshly made right in front of you with the best side dishes. Their cucumber and radish pickled is to die for. Very refreshing and no taste/smell of vinegar. And its free!I often eat here with friends when i used to live in adelaide and during my last visit, its the first in my list of places to eat. They closed at 8.30pm so during winter time you can see a lot doing takeaways or late diners. Since i came in late they were happy to serve me for takeaway. Huge servings and you can request for combination of fried or steamed. A bit dearer by couple of dollars compared to Dumpling Kings (another great place to eat chinese dumplings). But hands down iâll eat here often since they serve with a smile and food serve with love. Itâs a Korean dumplings. Their dipping sauce got their great combination of sweet, spicy and salty.

We recently went to this fabulous Japanese Restaurant located in the Intercontinental Hotel in Adelaide..it is a bit pricey BUT the food is absolutely divine... the Japanese sushi and sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki are fantastic!! Melt in your mouth and this is the FIRST time I have ever eaten raw fish and meat!!Our fellow 'table people' were fun to chat with and made for a great night!Hi Trina, Thank you very much for the time you took to leave us a mouth-watering description accompanying your 5-star review! We are flattered to receive your comments around the food, the beverage and the ambience in Shiki. Our grand daughter wanted to celebrate her 20th Birthday at the Vietnamese Mai Kitchen Restaurant so not having eaten Vietnamese food before,we went with some trepidation. We need not have worried as the food was excellent and great value. The service was good and the meals were served quickly.I had the garlic prawns, stir fried vegetables served and a steaming hot plate and my wife had Lemon Chicken whichj she thoroughly enjoyed.Do not be put off by the outside appearance of the restaurant as the inside is well presented and quite large. So from now on we will be eating more Vietnamese food and certainly be going back to Mai Kitchen Restaurant.

Visited Moonsoon twice while staying in North Adelaide. Service was friendly and prompt. Complimentary prawn crackers and lemon water provided while browsing the menu. Menu items are of reasonable price. Most dishes I tried had a bit of a kick to them although not excessively spicy. Grilled prawns on betle leaf, duck cold rolls, the traditional vietnamese rolls and sizzling shaking beef were wonderful. The Lobster Tails Choo Chee was nice and spicy but a little pricy for what you get.

My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters went to gin long tonight on a recommendation. Wow! We had an excellent meal. Chicken wings, cheese spring rolls, eggplant, soft shell crab, prawn toast all small plates but very generous serves. Then the squid which was possibly the best squid we have ever eaten, so tender. Followed by coconut rice, chop suey and slow cooked pork belly which was a big plate. We had six glasses of the house wine, 3 Shiraz and 3 reisling which were excellent and the bill was $172. Every dish was delicious which is unusual , service excellent , wine very good value. First visit, cannot fault our experience. We would highly recommend. We went at 6pm on a Tuesday night and it was busy which I suggest is testament to their popularity.
