Totally recommend we live out of town but definatlely worth the drive. Curry puffs are hand made and the best i have ever eaten. Husband had Malaysia combination curry asked for hot thats what he got. Loved it. I had chicken and almonds and a fried rice both meals where really tasty. Ocean views. Lovely decor. Couldnt fault it will definately be our go to restaurant. Huge menu so much to choose from. Oh and the service and staff were lovely.

This is mainly a take-away but has some eat-in capabilities. It is good authentic Thai food.They have lunch specials starting from $9 Monday to Friday (11am - 2:30pm)and are open for dinner 7 nights from 5pm until 9pm.New owners from 8/5/2012.

The best thai in Port Macquarie. This is our go-to takeaway and it never disappoints! the food is always hot, extremely fresh and delicious! The beef massaman is to die for! melt in your mouth beef swimming in a creamy and decadent curry sauce. Highly recommend and we will keep returning for more!

Suzu Dining is fully licensed casual restaurant serves authentic Japanese food. Located in right center of Town Green in Port Macquarie and has indoor and outdoor dining areas with fabulous views. Open for Lunch and Dinner and take-away is also available.

I'm so disappointed with our dining experience here. From first glance the decor and feel of the restaurant is authentic Japanese and the staff are Japanese. While polite and efficient with their service unfortunately the quality of the food was not a true reflection of Japan and there gorgeous cusuine. The flavors were dreadfully lacking. The takoyaki (octopus balls) tasted like they were bought premade and simply reheated, the beef tataki wasn't fresh, thin and delicious as it should be and the pork and ginger main dish had next to no pork in it with no taste of ginger whatsoever. The positive - the glass of sapporo beer was cold and the glass of plum wine was excellent. A disappointing experience overall, maybe the flavors have been westernized to suit?

We were staying in the nearby Breakway park and the Northpoint Thai was right next door. My Pad Thai was really good with plenty of chicken and nice flavours. My family enjoyed their curries and the chicken wings. BYO made this an affordable dinner out in a good location in town.

Decided to eat at this restaurant as we were just walking by. It was mid week and the restaurant was packed. Everyone was having a great time. The atmosphere was awesome. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The meals came out quite fast. Every meal we ordered tasted amazing. So much flavour. The smells coming from the kitchen was amazing. The prices were so cheap too. Will definitely eat here again on our return journey home. Thanks for a great meal.

The Mekong has great food and a reasonable location with a nice view of the river. My only major criticism would be that floor staff should be a little more attentive as you can wait a while to get anybodies attention!

Had dinner tonight with my wife, our two boys, my Aunt & Uncle who live locally. The service was excellent, polite, friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious. We all had starters, tasty and more than plentiful..... our mains were extremely good, many different tastes, beautifully cooked, we finished everything. Very good value, we will be returning. You really MUST try The Blue Whale

MakiMoto is now our go-to Japanese Restuarant in Port Macquarie. Have been there twice in the last 3 weeks and on both occasions service was very good and the dishes we ordered were very high quality. I like the fact that I can rely on the standard and quality of the dishes. Will go again soon

There were 8 of us with a booking for 6.30pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was quite busy. We were attended to immediately by friendly staff. This was our third time at the restaurant and again, the food was delicious.The shared dishes come to the table sizzling hot, and they all taste great - and just enough chilli to make the dishes interesting. We also had some sushi to start off with which was sensational. All in all we had 6 shared plates with 4 small bowls of rice, 2 bottles of wine, a beer and a coke all for $60 per couple ( with a tip thrown in). We will certainly go back!
