Just finished work and the wife decided to call in to the Castle Gate.I chose the Goa Fish Curry. One of the best meals I have ever eaten anywhere. Food was fine, nothing special. They don't have a drink license but there's a tesco just down the road where you can purchase your own. I checked out their menu on Facebook before going and had a bit of a shock when I was given a menu with prices nearly double to the FB menu.

My husband and I visited this new restaurant following a recommendation from a friend. We thought it was too good to be true until we visited ourselves. Siri was so welcoming upon arrival and the evening continued on this note. The menu was intriguing and the food we ordered was fresh, tasty, plentiful and reasonable. We feel lucky that Siri has decided to set up this super business not too far from our home....in fact less than 10 mins by car from our home. With 15% off takeaways too it is a win-win for all who like authentic and well cooked food. Good luck Siri!! We will be regulars Xxx

Well, I'd put down a visit, since it was a quick one. In an out of the door in about 5 secons flat since the server told me to leave, since was ''scaring away the empty establishment and I'm bad for business''. Lol, bad judgment straight off without knowing me. I'm sure that not using your hair net scares people. Never mind, I'll be back...eventuallyHi,We feel that this review was not meant for us. After your review we did a full investigation by viewing all cctv cameras and asking all staffs and no one can remember ever asking anyone that they are not welcome. We are a family owned business and treat all customers equally with respect and love therefore we take your review seriously. There are other Indian Takeaway who have same or similar name which we feel you might have gotten mixed up with. Visited on recommendation by friend. Lovely Tai food cooked freshly by tai lady who knew how to prepare authentic meals which were reasonably priced. Live about thirty miles away but well worth the journey. Will take friends

After being here with family on a few occasions we decided to have a sneaky curry (instead of cooking) on Sunday night. To our surprise they offer a curry buffet and the full menu on a Sunday evening. The choice on the buffet was excellent, a selection of starters and mains having a variety of mild, medium and hot curry.Really good value, good service, free parking outside - good choice for a bite to eat on a Sunday night.

Buffet on a sunday is outstanding, food is always replenished with a great selection of starters and mains. Staff are very attentive and welcoming and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Its just a pleasant place to dine with family, froends or couples in a relaxed environment 5*
