Food still reasonably good BUT the kitchen needs to manage the food service better.A few of us went out to dinner, and there was no one there when we got there. After we ordered other people came in to dine-in and to pick up food for take-out. While we were there, several people picked up their take-out orders. The biggest issue this time around was the serial arrival of the dishes, with a gap about 15 minutes between the dishes. It got so that whoever got their food started eating and they were part-way through with their food before the next person got their food. So when the last person got their food, everyone else was practically done and everyone else had to wait while they gobbled their food.Other major issue: poor air circulation in the restaurant (fan inadequate), and it was extremely stuffy. From now on, we will drive a mile or two more and frequent the other local Thai restaurants.

So many restaurants close at 9pm in the Bay Area. If you want to avoid chain establishments or fast food outlets, there are few options, especially in outlying parts of the East Bay like El Sobrante. Open till 10pm, this Asian fusion restaurant does a good job serving a selection of Chinese and Thai dishes. It's relatively small, though even at lunch it's rarely full, and evenings they seem to do a steady business in take-out.

We visited this restaurant during our last trip to visit family at Richmond California and were delighted by the excellent taste of the different entrees being served. I love the Tortang Talong and the Pork Adobo. My cousins loved the inihaw na liempo and the pinakbet. We ordered about 8 different Filipino dishes and all were great tasting. The price is decent compared to other Filipino restaurants. We will surely visit this place again whenever we visit our cousins in Richmond, CA.

Went to Hunan Villa for lunch today and the food and service were great. The soup, Mongolian Beef and Chow Mein lunch was great. Also ordered the fried prawn appetizer. The food came out fresh and extremely quick. The servers continually checked to be sure my lunch was perfect.

My husband and I had lunch here with my stepdad and sister. The bento boxes and sashimi were great, and Dad said his udon was some of the best that he has ever had (he is Japanese and 93 years young). The server was very friendly but it took 20-25 minutes for our food to arrive. Decor is simple but nice and restaurant and bathroom are very clean.

New Years day banquet with relatives. No waiting, arrived at 5:10pm. Ample parking, at least for the holiday.Portions for banquet sharing were ample. Authentic Chinese vegetables. Fried fish was salty. Sweet and sour pork chop was good. They gave bowls of rice, versus a large container of rice. Service is OK. They didn't have a lot of help, so just call the staff over if you need something. Got mango pudding for dessert. My aunt also orders take out dim sum and chow mein from this restaurant. So if you are looking for authentic Chinese food and can't get to San Francisco or Oakland Chinatown, try this place out.

We went looking for Sichuan cuisine. We found everything smothered in a non-descript sweet-sour sauce with just a bit of heat. The Mala Chicken (supposedly hot and spicy) was a weak General Tso variant. I suspect the cook is Cantonese. Very disappointing, especially when it is so close to good restaurants in El Cerrito and Albany.
