We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. Reception staff warmly greeted us as soon as we arrived. We were promptly seated and given menus. Dishes were well prepared, fresh and delicious. Our favorites- Double boiled chicken soup was tasty, served very hot. Peking duck done two ways was flamed table side. The skin was crispy and rich tasting. Grouper was cooked sweet and sour style. The fish was firm, fresh and sweet. Wait staff were pleasant. They responded promptly to our requests. The dining area is clean and nicely decorated. Tables are well spaced. This is a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy high quality and well prepared dishes.

We reserved for a very big group for a small family reunion and celebration of 2 birthday celebrants, which is why they placed us on the edge of the restaurant. Thanks to the reservation, we didn't really have to wait. The food selection is definitely wide ranged and had so many offers for everyone's taste buds to be satisfied. Dishes were refilled immediately and the chefs/cooks were very accommodating for special orders. The staff and crew were very friendly. The place was tidy but the floors just seemed to be a little slippery and somehow it was just too crowded at some point and you can hear loud chattering and boisterous laughing from the guests who's having such a good time, but other than that the experience was good. I loved the Desert area the most.

Excellent services. I stayed in Belmont hotel 3 yrs in a row. I enjoyed talking to Jana the assistant manager and Reneena, MJ, Erika, Sheila, Ivy, Chanda, Allan also the other staffs (sorry don't remember their names). They are very outstanding employees. Good food, Great service.

super liked the food selections. The beef dish (i forgot the name) is delicious! not hard to eat. The Lemon fish dish is great also! We had a free Heineken beer for this buffet with my friends! Will come back to their Foam Party Event!!!!!!

They have an awesome breakfast buffet. We also tried their lunch and dinner menu and we loved it. But what makes this restaurant/bar special is their staff. I have to mention that Mark and Jani are the best! They made sure that their guestâs needs are met and are above and beyond in making sure that youâre satisfied with their service. Excellent service with a smile!!! Jani even returned my money that I accidentally dropped when I had breakfast there. I strongly recommend this restaurant.Dear queencurtis,Good day! This is pretty much a family style restaurant, long tables the norm, teppanyaki table and few single tables. The show, singing, is done on the second level and opening is, I think at 6:00 p.m. Also food is served on the main level, open earlier, they have a banquet room. For your order you get plenty of food, hence sharing family style.

The choices are just awesome ~ by quantity and quality.It makes you wonder that to enjoy it fully, you need to stay for a couple of days in Sofitel and "attack" it per section. But that is just a suggestion on my part.Otherwise, you can proceed on what makes you happy at that moment.I like to whole setup as well. Even though there can be a huge number of people, you don't feel crowded.The staff are also well suited for the job and makes the experience even more memorable!

The waiting staff were pleasant and personable here and I really liked the quinoa ,and avocado salad that I had ordered as part of a light and healthy dinner. It was a sensational dish; and one that was perfectly-prepared and brimming with goodness! First of all the food was excellent, China Blue made their traditional Chinese dishes stand out by adding unique twists to them to give customers a different food experience. Secondly, the service was great. Our servers, Josh, Joven, and Yvonne, were very much attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Lastly, ambience of the place was great. Unlike other fine dining establishments, China Blue had a welcoming and comfortable aura.
