Arriving late in Paris we wanted to find a nice Vietnamese restaurant. We found K et V through TA. It was a fair distance from where we were staying but well worth the walk! The restaurant is located just off the canal Saint Martin in a quiet street. There isn't even an awning to indicate the name of the place. But no need to hesitate, the place clearly attracts a crowd. Despite being Thursday night at 8.30, we were able to get a table without reservation. When I go to Vietnamese restaurants, I usually order Nems and a beef Bo-Bun. Those are my reference dishes for this type of cuisine. The waiter was kind enough to accommodate my special request of separating the Nems from my Bo-Bun (usually they come all-in-one in the same dish) My companion took the chicken Bo-Bun and a green tea brewed with fresh mint leaves. I have rarely been so content with what I ate. It was so good, that even when I was full halfway through my meal, I forced myself to finish because it was so darn delicious. The waiters were smiling, helpful, and extremely efficient. There is a Vietnamese and a Thai menu and everything on them looks delicious. I will definitely go back there next time I am in Paris and I recommend everyone else who reads this does the same. The price for two with soft drinks was a decent 31 euros.

We went to this restaurant based on the reviews and, as stated, the waiter was absolutely charming and very helpful. However, the food was not very interesting. We are foodies and have our favorite PARIS restaurants (number one is Les Enfants Rouges), but we always lIke to try new ones. The fish plat was quite good with an excellent lemon sauce; the faux fillet tough and flavorless. Deserts and entree unmemorable. We shall not return.
It was 3rd time we came to this excellent restaurant.it was 50% off on all kind of foods. And they also have cafe service facilities. Recently they offered 6 Euro buffet manu with excellence indian foods. Owwooooo services.

We stopped for lunch after arriving on the Eurostar from London. You order at the kiosk upstairs and then head down the narrow spiralling staircase to the restaurant to take your seat and await the grub. Quite literally the best burger we have ever had! We both had the Aki. We also loved the decor.

Should have turned straight out- rude staff, disrespectful and arrogant manager. Toilets are gross, kitchen doesnât look much better. Dark and in need of proper wash. Not surprised to read that people have had food poisoning here.Stay away.Youâre in Paris, so many other restaurants well worth your custom with managers and staff that are actually happy to see you spending your money in their establishment.Such a shame in Siseng.
