Very enjoyable meal. We were unsure, as there were mixed reviews, but we had a good meal and it was good value. It was a little greasy, but then most curries are. The curry was good, the onion bahjis were amazing but the nan bread was not so good. We will definitely go again.Thank you

I have been using the Rajdoot for many years and found Baboo and his staff friendly and efficient. Still friendly but now very inefficient - the last 3 takeaways I've had contained one incorrect main course and to top tonight's meal off the chicken used was frozen which was rubbery in texture and clearly not fresh. One regular customer who will now be seeking an alternative Indian restaurant.

The Nepalese Chef is located on London Road, Gloucester. Our authentic cuisine is available for A la Carte Dining, home delivery and collection customer. We pride ourselves in cooking every dish fresh to order. 98% of our dishes are gluten free, all have
We decided to visit Nepalese Chef for an impromptu family meal. The restaurant is spacious, but lacks atmosphere.Waiters are attentive but relatively unfriendly in their approach.Food served was (in our opinion) overpriced, meagre portion size, and not all dishes were hot. When the head waiter was approached concerning the meal quality/quantity, his attitude was a very disappointing "take it or leave it" .In our opinion as a family there are far better restaurants to enjoy dining at in the area. Where both good hot food and a warm welcome are available. If only the Nepalese chef's food were as good as the waiters outfits.

We ordered starters & mains and taste-wise I could not tell the difference, so disappointed. Chicken shashlick & chicken biryani. Iâve had both dishes may times, they are totally different, but at this restaurant they tasted exactly the same. I left the curry and went home & made toast.I was asked if I was enjoying my food, I said no but the waiter just looked at me bewildered

So Thai is a Thai fine cuisine restaurant set in a 300 year old wine cellar with a conservotry bar and eating area. We also have a courtyard with tables and a rear garden. We serve lunch and coffee from 12pm to 3pm £9.95 For two courses and evening meals
First ever experience eating Thai food and we were quite nervous about what to expect. Lovely old wine cellar setting which made the place really atmospheric, nothing like what we expected at the entrance. When the food arrived it was absolutely fantastic and has totally transformed what we thought Thai food would be like. The veggie was impressed to have an entirely separate menu to choose from. The starters were really tasty and a perfect size. Both had Thai red curry as a main dish - one prawn and one veggie. Both incredibly tasty. Canât recommend this place enough!

BANGKOK CANTEEN is found on the belief that we could create best Thai dishes GLUTEN-FREE with locally sourced ingredients in sustainable way. Vegan & Dairy-free available
This is a great experience all round. A nice ambience, simple but thoughtful decor. A really nice menu - gluten free, vegetarian and vegan choices, locally sourced ingredients from some really great producers (some I have been using for 40 plus years)Dishes are cooked to order and excellent quality. I recommend the fish jungle curry. The service is excellent, friendly, efficient, attentive but not intrusiveA small family business that really delivers.

Food served daily from 12.00 Until 9.00
Stopped for a late lunch/early dinner, been about 6 months since our last visit. Sunday lunch had finished, only the main menu was available, ok by us. Started off very good. Staff very friendly & attentive (to start with, less so as eveing diners came in). Ordered a sharing starter (baked camembert), kids Quorn noodles (with sweet chilli sauce rather than the tomato based pasta style sauce on the menu - anyone else think tomato sauce with egg noodles is a bit odd, just me?!), 2x chicken fajatas & sun dried tomato/brie chicken breast. Shouting from the kitchen clearly heard in the dining room, never a good thing, makes you feel uncomfortable :( Starter came out after about an hour after we had ordered (kids had started to get anxious). Very nice starter, could do with an extra round of toast as it was quiet a large cheese box & some side plates/additional cultery to eat it with would have been good. Had to get additional drinks ourselves, didn't bother us (could make others feel neglected). Main courses - fajitas very good, could have done with more a bit more chicken as not enough for all the tortilla's supplied, could have done with serving spoons for the chicken/veg & teaspoons for the sauces, difficult to manage with just a knife & fork, kids noodles were all clumped together, so not cooked very well (but all eaten up so not so much of a problem), chicken dish - edible, but not enjoyable - had to use a napkin to soak up the water from the veg as the plate was swimming (carrots & cabbage), fondant potato was all white - so not nice a golden brown on the outside & soft inside, chicken had no taste of brie, wouldn't recommend it. Would have had pudding & coffee if we'd been offered it. So overall, it wasn't busy but took longer than usual to get our food; most of the food was good; would have been happier overall if it had been the 2 for £10 menu (offered Mon-Fri), but it was the main menu & therefore disappointing & expensive for what it was. Looks like steak/pork is the way to go as good feedback being given from other diners.

D & L Beverages is a Take out cafe serving hot and cold beverages. Cadburys Hot Chocolate, tea coffee and soft drinks.
After bumping into a super friendly lady whilst stood in a queue at the bank this week, I took no time in googling the yummy sounding home made curries and popped in an order for this evenings curries (2 veggie options and 1 meat). The food flavours are amazing!! I loved the spinach and paneer curry, and the other half loved the beef option. The curries come with rice, raita and a delicious chapati. The curry portion sizes are small when compared to standard mass churn out takeaways, but overall still represent super value for money and pack a flavoursome punch that you just wouldn't get anywhere else. My only suggestion would be to consider offering a "large" and regular versions of the dish which I'm sure people would happily pay a little more for and keep those with a larger appetite or who have worked hard all day building up an appetite smiling a little longer. Thank you for our super dinner!
