Popped in for a meal before visiting the Miller Centre. My friend and I shared a Marsala Dhosa and a Nadan chicken curry. The food was superb and the service was cheerful, friendly and efficient. I'd recommend The Kerala to anyone for a great Southern Indian meal. Thank you for the feedback. Look forward to serving you again.

Didnât have time for a sit down meal so opted for a takeaway, excellent food, well presented, right level of spiciest, all very clear from the menu, had to collect as they dont seem to do delivery, but very impressed with food and staff were also super friendly

Food fantastic , service excellent! The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. The food is exquisite and far superior than your standard Indian Restaurant. Our Table was booked for 7pm which was a nice time because the restaurant and car park get very busy from 8pm. Spacious layout and room temperature perfect. We are so lucky to have this Thai restaurant on our local high street. The food is great quality, good value for money, friendly & attentive staff, fab decor. Will go here time & time again. One word of advice, book a table on the weekends coz the place pscks out quickly!

We visited this restaurant on Friday 12th July with our Son and Daughter in law for a pre birthday celebration for our son.Excellent food,we all agreed the best Chinese restaurant we have been too.Also the hospitality was amazing we felt well and truly welcomed ,if you like Chinese food,you will love it here

Pork with chilli had a weird sweet flavour that drowned out the chilli. Stir fried vegetables were a soggy mess. To be honest I've eaten better supermarket mircowave Chinese.

Eight of us arrived,to be greeted cordially and in a cheerful fashion. Throughout our time at this high street venue,the service we received was,contrary to other reviews,prompt and efficient.Unfortunately,it was the food that was the letdown for us.We ordered a variety of dishes,and without exception,each dish was bland and virtually tasteless.Some dishes were even served cold.We deduced that the Golden Bengal's apparent complacency towards their food has been triggered by the lack of local competition in this particular cuisine.When recounting our experience to friends,without exception,they told us that we should have visited the Gurkha Kitchen.That will obviously be our next stop when in Oxted again.

Just dropped in on the way back from Gatwick Airport to Suffolk. Never heard of Oxted or this restaurant but both are lovely! Very different cuisine to usual Asian or Indian. Beautifully cooked, aromatic and delicious. Very busy for a Monday night which says all you need to know. Get it booked!

After travelling from Finland and St Tropez I was in need of a fix of my favourite quoâs one, Thai. I had heard about Thai Pad and thought this was a great opportunity to try it and I was definitely not disappointed. We ate here on Friday evening. The service was fantastic and friendly. The food was beautiful. Highly recommend eating here. It was also my husbands Birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special for him. Thank you
