Homemade noodles is the trademark of this tiny eating establishment. Donât let the size of the eating area fool you because the noodles they serve is excellent! Thereâs other items you can always order other than noodles and they are excellent as well!

If you are looking for a good Indian vegetarian restaurant in Chicago Illinois Shree in Westmont is the right choice. We get synthetic North & South Indian dishes. The restaurant is very neat with proper lighting and seating arrangements are good for a small family get together. Saturdays & Sundays are heavily crowded. However it worth waiting to get ones turn.

We stayed at a nearby hotel and were looking for something convenient. However, this restaurant was a great surprise and we have returned again, with the same high level of satisfaction. Very upscale menu, presented very well, and very attentive, friendly service. Worth going out of your way if you are in the Oakbrook or Hinsdale area. Easy to find at the intersection of Hwy-83 and Ogden Ave., in the International Shopping Center.

Food is really quite good but service was very slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. Staff is super friendly thigh and prices are reasonable. The sushi was fresh and delicious and creative. Portions are very generous, great for family style dining or leftovers the next day. I would consider the restaurant for carry out next time instead of dining in, but very cool atmosphere inside.

3rd or 4th time here. Can't believe I haven't reviewed before. This is one of my standby sushi places when I'm in Chicago.I like it because they have a pretty exhaustive menu of sushi rolls as well as a regular menu. That's not necessarily a departure from any other sushi place granted but pretty much everything I've had tastes great and is of good quality.Westmont is a stones through from Oak Brook in a super nice suburb southwest of the city. The locale won't blow you away. It's located in a strip mall just off 83. It's small inside and appropriately decorated. Parking is easy. Service is good. I was there on business and they were almost too ready to take our order, even though I had said early on that we were not in a rush. We had several rounds of many varieties including some sashimi. Water glasses were always filled, dishes were removed soon after they were emptied and she insisted on bringing us new plates for our second round. I think the Dragon roll was my favorite.Prices are pretty reasonable. It's never been slammed there but they do enough traffic to always be there when I come through town. The sushi is made in the back, not in the open like many sushi places.Definitely recommend.

We live in Chicago and were meeting some friends who live in the suburbs, near where Nabuki is located. We went to Nabuki at their recommendation.On the plus side, it's in a walkable suburban area that isn't full of chains, etc., and it had a local feel about it. It was busy on a Saturday night with people from the neighborhood.That's where the good stuff stops. The decor is terrible--it's a weird form of modern and neither inviting nor comfortable. The service was awful--our server was aloof, seemed bothered by really basic questions about the menu, and was clearly just going through the motions. He even seemed irritated when we asked about the special. The price point here is not that low, so such bad service was a disappointment.The food was average. The sushi rolls were fresh enough but, in one case, bland and, in the other case, so doctored-up with stuff that the fish's flavor was lost. A noodle dish was bland; I normally love mushrooms, and these were bland and did not have any earthy flavor. The noodles were oily. A steak dish was tough. Overall, the menu was unfocused and trying to be too many things--and the food suffered for it.Not recommended: overpriced menu, bad service, mediocre food, odd atmosphere.

Had some take out sushi and they lady said it would be Quick. âThey are so fastâ....15 minutes later, our one order of Cali rolls was still being waited on. My daughter said that the rolls didnât taste that great. I guess she likes the Authentic sushi place taste better. Sorry Stir crazy, you guys need better Sushi...

Everything they prepare, in front of your eyes, is from scratch. They offer white or fried rice or noodles bowls that will be covered by meat, chicken, tofu or what you order, green beans, green onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and delicious sauces.They will please the most exigent palate. This is a poor imitation of PF Chang's. Similar themed styling of the interior as well as even food dishes.This is NOT Asian food but American interpretations and poor implementations. The food is heavy with MSG as well.Very $$$ for the type and quality of food.Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear about your meal! We hope you can give us another try. So very impressed! This was our first time at this restaurant. The food was amazing. We had the chefâs tasting menu and everything was fabulous. Our waiter, Seth was very attentive. Now for the most impressive part... I have a severe shellfish allergy. We talked to our waiter, he then went and spoke to the chef, and kitchen staff. I have not been able to eat sushi, nigiri, or sashimi in years because I canât totally be sure of cross contamination. Our waiter explained that the wrap mats etc. in plastic and use clean knives. I was so impressed at the care they took to insure there would be in issue. One of our courses was a sea bass and when it took a bit longer our waiter told us that they had to make it again, because there was a bit of doubt that it was not in contact with something I was allergic too. I was blown away that they really proved that they were watching closely. The chef even sent an extra black cod serving to make up for our extra wait. I have never seen such care taken over my allergy before. And I had such delicious sashimi, and nigiri that I was in heaven. The freshest fish was like butter and melted in your mouth. All the courses were wonderful, delicious and beautifully prepared. I have not been able to enjoy this type of food in years! There is not a high enough rating to give this restaurant because of the high level of making sure things are done right. We will definitely return because I know they can be totally trusted! Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful experience!
