Itâs my motherâs favorite for her birthday celebration. The food is always good. Todayâs chef wasnât as fancy and entertaining as others, but he had a great personality. Service is fantastic!

This is THE place for Chinese takeout. The food is very tasty, quickly prepared within sight, and hot off the grill. The proprietor is very nice, very friendly, and if you go there a few times she'll remember exactly what you order! I often stop by on my way home from work for take out and I've never been disappointed. I usually get one large order with a couple of egg rolls. That's plenty of food for both my wife and myself - a great value! There is a small eat in area, but this is not generally an eat-out-with-family-or-friends restaurant. It's just the best Chinese take-out around!

We order delivery about once a month. This place is super fast and delivers to our door in Nicholasville. Their General Tso is really good. Everything always tastes fresh. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant in Nicholasville I would recommend this one.

This past November, during Breeders Cup Week at Kneeland,We stopped for lunch at what is now known as Ichiban Buffet in Nicholasville, KY.What We found was your Typical, Average, Generic Chinese Buffet with a selection of the usual chicken, pork & beef dishes, dumplings, etc......while none of the dishes were bad, there was no "wow" factor at all.However, due to the large selection of entrees, I would say this buffet is worth the low all-u-can eat price! All the food was somewhat hot & fresh and the restaurant appeared to be clean. Many of the chairs were ripped and in need of repair! Service was your typical "ok" service,absolutly nothing special or outstanding. Overall Rating ~ Average!
