Have to say absolutely beautiful welcoming staff. Warm seating beautiful table set out.. Absolutely amazing meals for us all. Everyone enjoyed to the best of the best Chinese in Newcastle. Definitely book a party to go back amazing. Well done folks you were more than nice. As were from Belfast we will definitely be back for more nights out...

was walking home to play red dead 2 when I was thinking of getting a burger to take out. I walked in and the staff where so friendly also my burger and peppered chip was made in a timely fashion and the burger and chips where amazing. I also I'm so happy that finally a place in Newcastle is doing delivery's as well and will make sure I order something this Halloween

As a frequent weekend visitor to Newcastle, I've used the Balti House many times for a Friday evening take-away: the food is decent and, ahem, there's no other Indian restaurant/take-away in town.I've always remarked on how rude the front-of-house staff is (one female, in particular), but until now have laughed it off.Not any more.The rudeness I experienced on Friday evening was the last straw, hence my review here.In my lengthy experience, this restaurant is far from full: rudeness like I've experienced isn't helping, I'm sure. A quick scan of other reviews here supports my point.If only there was another Indian in town...
