Staff were so friendly at this cafe it made the whole experience very enjoyable. We only had cakes and coffee here but they were lovely. One recommendation would be to get dog bowls as there are lots of doggies passing through and on hot days it can lead to a lot of cardboard boxes strewn about with water in them and a lot of cardboard waste!

Invited some friends to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Haven eaten here before for another special occasion we hoped that it would be of an equally high standard and we were not let down. All guests were highly impressed with the flavours, presentation and the atmosphere. Maybe a little pricey but well worth it.

We were happy customers as we enjoyed our experience. Food was delicious and atmosphere was good too. Very different than Indian curry places. There is some style about it. We started with wings, spicy and delicious followed by roganjosh and buttered chicken. Followed by dessert. The wine which came with early bird option was excellent. Spice India is by far the most authentic Indian in Mullingar who also do amazing Thai food. Amazing authentic Indian cuisine, really spacious restaurant with oodles of space for large groups. It exudes an atmosphere of eastern promise. The presentation of food and portions sizes is top class. The staff are excellent, courteous, polite and attentive.The food though....Oh boy..! if you like Indian food...you'll love Gaylord Spices.

We very much enjoyed our early bird dinner on Sunday . More than pleased with the flavours of chicken n lamb for main course preceded by assorted chefs special. More than we could eat, enjoyed talking to the manager from Pakistan whose name we forget but told it means antique. He has great people skills. We cd have talked to him all night , also add the decor or restaurant ver pleasing. We would be going back if neater, but as we live in Dublin n nay staying for night in Kells not possible.Thanks Evelyn for your lovely review. It was really nice to meet you and Paddy. You are an amazing couple :) Hope to see you again whenever are in Kells again :)

Had dinner here on Sunday, lovely place food was really nice and good value on the early bird, 2 starters of chicken satay and pork satay both beautiful well presented and plentiful, main course of nasi gorang nice but nothing to shout from the roof tops, the duck Tarmind was absolutely beautiful, cooked perfectly served with a delicious sauce and the rice on the side highly recommended and tea or coffee to finish.....NYFanDeeThanks for your glowing reviewWe look forward to welcoming you and your guests again :D

We popped in here without a reservation, it was really busy, but they Kindly gave us a table for two ,before the next booking.Staff are all very kind and happy to help, great menu and great selection.I had the saag panneer, it was so good! the onion bajis were also very nice, different to any other I have had in Ireland.Keep up the good work.Thank you!
