Find out what Asian restaurants to try in Naha. Go from the 13th century to the 21st in one day in Naha. Its ancient Ryukyu Kingdom centerpiece, Shuri Castle, has been restored and is the city's top tourist attraction. Meanwhile, on Kokusai-dori (International Boulevard), the pace never lets up as locals and tourists hop from restaurants to bars to nightclubs.

Small place, can seat abt 14. If no seat available you will be asked to wait outside until you are called. Orders are made by placing yr money first into a vending like machinery then when all the items are lighted up, you press for the item that you want. You pick up the ticket n press the button for the coin change if there is any. If you are having the Ramen you will be asked to indicate on yr ticket, how you want the noodles are cooked, the soup "thickness", the condiments n the spiciness. We ordered the combo rice/Ramen set which was good. Worth another visit!

Taste is same. The taste is white pork born soup(to lotus taste). Very strong and solid taste. One of recommended Yummy ramen in Okinawa.

Flooded with natural light, Sakurazaka is the hotel's relaxed dining space, offering seating both indoors and outdoors on the terrace, as well as a semi-private dining area seating up to 14. Located on the 2/F of the Hyatt Regency Naha Okinawa, Sakurazaka
Stayed at hyatt and this is the breakfast restaurant. The spread is very good with japanese and western choices. The broths and mango are standouts, the curry always comforting and filling. Service is great as expected

We dined here twice on both arrival and departure occasions. There are Chinese, English, and Korean menu available beside the vending machine, just in case the staff are busy, you can always help yourself on the menu. Once you have decided on what to order, you may get the staffâs assistance to select the correct item from the vending machine. Insert money first before making a selection. We especially loved the Goya Champuru (stir fried bitter gourd) rice set (Â¥600). This is one of the famous local dishes that you must try in Okinawa. We also had stir fried tofu rice set (Â¥600) and Okinawa Soba (Â¥540) which were equally decent. The portion was good and all of the meals were priced below Â¥1,000. Free water / tea is available. There is place for you to place your luggages. The restaurant is located at the corner of the most far right once you are out from the arrival hall.

This restaurant is small in size, but offers reasonably priced meals. I recommend trying their Okinawa soba. You can get a good serving for 600 or 700 yen, depending on the variety. The restaurant is close to the famous "Kokusai Doori", but it's very quiet (and not a tourist trap).

We had dinner twice in this charming and genuine okinawan restaurant. The owners were so nice with us and the dishes were all just delicious. We had awesome advocado tempuras, sashimi fresh and tasty and a unique Soba soup. Prices are reasonable according to the quality and the good moments we spent. We recommend highly this small restaurant for the warm welcome and for the dishes.

Had the best dinner in our Okinawa visit here in Aguncha Restaurant. This restaurant comes highly recommended by other reviewers and we werenât disappointed. Rather than ordering a la cat, we took advantage of their 2,000yen 7-course set dinner. Every dish was delicious and wonderfully presented. The set dinner enabled us to tried several Okinawa special cuisines - Agu Pork, sea grapes, Okinawa bitter melon, parrot fish sashimi, grilled fish etc. Quantity was more than sufficient but you wonât be overstuffed. Every dish was excellently prepared, presented and served in a steady but leisurely pace. We didnât feel rushed. The best thing was that there was an English Menu, most serving staff can speak excellent English and genuinely happy to serve us. The experience made the whole meal feel special. At the end, the restaurant even gave each of us a pair of chopsticks as souvenir. Aguncha is a small restaurant. Reservation is a must. It is very close to the Tomari pier. The set dinner required at least 3 persons in order to order.

Mikado was a nice local eatery run by four older ladies cooking up some simple Okinawan meals along with the usual Japanese dishes. The retro vibe of the place was inviting and had an authentic feel. The Okinawan soki soba (noodles with pork rib topping) had pretty big chunk of ribs and the tofu champuru (stir fried tofu) was a good alternative to goya champuru (bitter melon stir fry). Katsudon (fried pork fillet over rice) was also filling and tasty.

Housed in a traditional Okinawa building, you can have a meal facing the garden; the whole atmosphere was good. Food wise was average - had the set with soba (this is more akin to chinese noodles than ramen, with pork soup broth), some appetizers, and jyushi (mixed rice). Expect to wait around 15 to 20 minutes during peak lunch hours.

We had such a great experience at Yunangi. We were lucky that we arrived at around 6.30pm on a Saturday night, and only had to wait about 10 mins before being seated. We were given one of the tables on the raised floor which was fun. Whilst waiting we had ordered and so food started to arrive soon after we had been seated. We got a few dishes to share and all were excellent. The miso pork was very good with a real depth of flavour and succulent meat. We also had a lovely tofu dish with mwat, which was my favourite, and a few other stir fried dishes which were equally good.By the time we were finishing our meal, the queue was out the door which showed how popular the place is. We were really pleased with our meal and so happy to have tried some fantastic Okinawan cuisine.
