Reviews on Asian food in Nagasaki, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. Nagasaki (長崎市, Nagasaki-shi, Japanese: [naɡaꜜsaki]) ( listen (help·info)) is the capital and the largest city of Nagasaki Prefecture on the island of Kyushu in Japan. The city's name, 長崎, means "Long Cape" in Japanese. Nagasaki became a centre of colonial Portuguese and Dutch influence in the 16th through 19th centuries, and Churches and Christian Sites in Nagasaki have been proposed for inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Part of Nagasaki was home to a major Imperial Japanese Navy base during the First Sino-Japanese War and Russo-Japanese War.

The Lao Lee Group owns several restaurants in Nagasaki. I dined at their facility in Hamanmachi. Japan, ã850-0853 Nagasaki-ken, Nagasaki-shi, Hamamachi, ï¼âï¼. I read this was a food "to try" in Nagasaki, so I did! I don't have anything to compare this noodle soup to, but I have two points to make. The positive is that there is endless jasmine tea at the table. The negative is that it's not a smoke free restaurant. I realize that "when in Rome. . ." Had I known smoking was allowed, I wouldn't have eaten here, thus my rating.

Woah when I think about the food I ate there it makes my mouth water. A must order is the cheesy naan, it is actually perfect and super good...The other food like buttered chicken or chicken tikka masala was amazing as well, 100% recommend to Indian food lovers. Staff is friendly!

Visited this resturant 3 times because of the excellent food. Situated at the entrance to ChinaTown, this place serves the local speciality - Champon & Sarauddon. Both a must try. The other recommended dishes on the menu are also great options.reasonably priced and crowded at lunch time with a wait of about 10-15 mins.

Unremarkable Chinese restaurant which was a pleasant change to Japanese cuisine after a week. Portions fine and dishes ordered were all what we expected. High turnover of customers split 70/30 locals/International tourists. Menuâs in Chinese only with pictures and little English spoken but we ordered, ate and departed without any problem.More expensive than we had anticipated with ridiculously priced duck to avoid. For 2 people with a couple of beers and soft drinks, we were 7,250 yen

Visiting Nagasaki for four days, we asked our hotel for restaurant recommendations. Uotatsu was their top izakaya recommendation. The sashimi was delicious, some of the best we've had in Japan. The food and drink selection was wide. We especially enjoyed the awamori, an Okinawa alcohol. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The location is only about a 10-minute walk from the station, and 5-10 minutes to Dejima wharf. Easy access.

Please enjoy the best WAGYU in Nagasaki English menu, Chinese menu are available There is FREE WIFI We have a menu dedicated to overseas customers Many overseas customers come to the store every day
The restaurant has English menu and Chinese menu. It has free Wi-Fi. The restaurant is very busy and you must reserve one day before. It accepts VISA and UnionPay, etc.The budget is relatively high, in average 6,000 JPY per person. The beef quality is good, but I found the menu changed in the past a few months, and the choice of food is less than before. Staffs speak limited English.

Tried the famous Champon at Shikairo and whilst i think the noodles are decent, the portion of the noodles as well as the fried rice and the dish that we ordered were slightly on the small side given the price. Overall, it's probably worth a visit also to see the small museum on level 2 which depicts the history of the chinese and how they set foot in nagasaki. The restaurant also has a good view overlooking the harbour

We ate here for dinner and were lucky to be seated straight away. English menu available. We both had variations on the tonkotsu ramen - broth was great and the noodles nice and firm. Gyoza were also excellent. There was a steady stream of other customers, and it was fun to see the staff communicating with each other by shouting over the J-punk music (although note it isnât a loud place). Staff had excellent t-shirts as well - sadly not for sale. Yum yum yumsk!
