I thk there are several branches of this - presumably - franchise in Miyazaki. We went to one near Aeon. Very simple - good ramen - you can choose how spicy you want it - and there are several soup bases to choose from - tomato (excellent) - curry (not the typical Japanese curry) - original (which I don't particularly like). There one that looks like spicy soya milk ..... Not sureSpice rating between 0 and 25. Kids must eat 0. I tried 8-12. 12 is quite spicy already. 25 shd be deadly.Dumplings are ok - nothing too special. Quick and enjoyable. But there is often a queue.

The food deserves five stars, everything tastes amazing and they even had some vegetarian dishes, and an English menu. Nice staff as well. The penalty I give is for the sigaret smoke. When we came in, it was still fine, but in the middle of our meal a table of ten just next to us fished and started smoking. I can now wash my whole outfit.

i know theãowner since 1983. he begun with a very small sushi shop. even those days he was good at his job. now he owns on big ships alike Japanese shushi/ sashimi/ and lobsters/ misosoup/ the fish most are still alive when you enter. and volume is really satisfactory. i am going here with the same friends and my family when in miyazaki.
