I stopped by Noodles & Co. to grab dinner for my wife & I. I had no issues with the ordering process, but was given the wrong food. I had to rush home, as I had groceries in my car. I realized that the order was not mine & returned it to the store. I was not offered any refund or anything from the wait staff. The food I had ordered was cold by the time I got home. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service & appreciation.

We go there often. Very pleasant atmosphere, great service, good food. The prices are in line for a restaurant with a fine atmosphere. Cheesecake Factory and PF Changâs are our primary restaurants for a semi upscale, but not snobby, experience. Only complaint is that a wider selection of food would be nice. Some say itâs an expensive Chinese restaurant. Thatâs not true. We do wish they would add at least a couple of traditional Chinese restaurant dishes. They have a number of spicy dishes. If you donât like spicy dishes, selection are reduced. Good appetizers.

I'm a newbie when it comes to Vietnamese food, but this place is a favorite for my husband and kids, so I've learned to go along with it.They have a lot of options for you to pick from - lots of the pho dishes, but plenty of rice options, the banh mi sandwiches, and so on. We've been there more than 10 times now, and everything we've tried has been delicious, and so generously portioned we had leftovers more often than not. The staff is very friendly, and while the décor is not fancy, it's clean and comfortable, so I couldn't ask for more.

This particular location consistently does a great job. I have to be in Dayton once or twice a month. I sometimes eat at other PF Changs location and this one stands out. I really wold like to be able to give them a positive review here. They deserve it.

Had lunch with a friend. Started with the hot and sour soup which was so salty I couldn't eat more than a couple of spoonfuls. Told the server and she said she would let the kitchen staff know. Finished with two small spring rolls that were very bland and the dipping sauce was an oily sludge. The spring rolls were supposed to have chicken and several vegetables, but just tasted crunchy with no flavor. Service was pleasant, but the food was a real disappointment. If you're in the vicinity and want Chinese food, go to China Cottage. It's light years better and much cheaper.

I was in the mood for Mexican when I came across this place. It had some good reviews so I decided to give it a try. They have a very big menu. Lots of sushi rolls, noodles, and Japanese food. You are bound to find something you like. The specialty rolls run you around $13-15. Non specialty rolls are less than 10 for 8 or so pieces. I had one of the Udon dishes with Shrimp Tempura. It came in a hot bowl with the soup still boiling. I had to wait 10 min before I could start eating. The food was good but not a lot of quanity. The Udon soup costed me $13 plus tax and tip. Thats a little pricey for me. The staff was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking to them. If price wasnt a consideration, Id come back. It appears a lot of specialty food is more expensive in Ohio than California. So maybe the pricing is appropriate here.
