We have been going to this restaurant for about five years. It is my grandsons favorite birthday location but tonight is our last visit. Food is good, no argument. However the service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world, and I travel extensively. We were seated on time but it went downhill from there. Despite it being a family event for 11 people with birthday gifts to be exchanged, we were rushed into making our order. No time to socialize or say hi to the birthday boy, just get on and order. The second rate chef arrived with our food less than 5 minutes later and started his thing. He must have been new and very inexperienced since he missed most of the entertainment that usually accompanies this style of dining. The worst ever chef.He served us all as fast as he could leaving us no time to experience the evening. Just hurry up and eat was the message he gave. Maybe 10 minutes later he was through and left. We were in there less than 30 minutes and the evening was pretty much over. Then, to insult us even more they brought another party in and forced us to move over and give up our seats. We were pretty much shown the door so they could seat more guests.OK, If they were full booked, and had explained that to us and asked if was OK that would have been partially acceptable. But they weren't and they didn't. Half the restaurant was unused and they could easily have seated these people elsewhere. No, they threw us out. They didn't even ask if we were OK, they just pushed us out of the door. This is the last time we will ever eat here. You can take our $400 bill and put it in your bank and I hope you soon go out of business because you are a poor excuse for a restaurant. I hope McKinney is proud of you because we certainly are not.Can I give less than one star?

Since we were only in town for a short while, we searched TripAdvisor for a nearby restaurant. Imperial Garden showed up, was nearby our location, and featured good reviews. The restaurant did not disappoint. Each dish was well-prepared, served piping hot, and the portions were generous. We enjoyed sweet & sour chicken, pork with vegetables, and ham fried rice. Perhaps not the most provocative of choices, but each dish was very good.
Pho is a great noodle soup! Best eaten with alot of sriracha and hoisin sauce!!! You have to hunt to find the place but once you do, PHO~ON!!!

Stopped here for lunch, pretty much by accident; we were looking for the first Chinese restaurant we came upon!Surprisingly, for what turned out to be a chain, the menu was quite extensive. You place your order at the counter and they bring it to you.I had the Happy Family and my wife had the Teryaki Chicken Bowl. Both were $9.99 and my dinner was definitely the better buy!!Both came with a nicely fried egg roll.Drinks are self service.Food came out quickly and served hot and very fresh.Would definitely come back here again.

I've been a patron of China Sun for over a decade. Their lunch specials simply cannot be beaten for tastiness and value - soup, eggroll, and a generous main course.China Sun is family owned and operated and their pride shows in quality food, spotless premises, and quick made-to-order food. I love this place and only wish it was closer to my end of town.

Restaurant and bar.
We really want to like this place more than we do because it's so convenient to where we live, but we don't. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the servers themselves have generally been kind, but we've found the food to be consistently underwhelming, the bar is mediocre (especially mixed cocktails) and the service is usually slow. (And we moved to McKinney from an area in California where there were many native Thai people living - and hence, many Thai restaurants - so we've eaten our share of authentic, well-prepared Thai food.)For a much better Thai option nearby, we prefer "Noodle Wave" near the intersection of Hwy 75 & Eldorado. The daily lunch special there is especially good - always freshly-prepared, great value for the price, & fast service!

This is a small neighborhood place that doesn't disappoint. We enjoy the "usual" dishes and have found plenty of meat in the meat dishes. Although we always get the cashew chicken, chicken and vegetables, or sesame chicken, we aren't disappointed. The service is friendly and quick. Most entrees are $10 or letss.

I had no idea this little place existed...and just a mile from my house....hidden in the back of a retail complex, well off of the main road...this place is definitely worth the trip.Cool modern interior and an unbelievable menu.It is BYOB, so know that going in....We started with the squid salad...it was really good.Shared a Canoe Roll which may have been the best most unique roll I have ever eaten....crab, spicy tuna, cream cheese and avocado....wrapped in a tortilla and fried...topped with habanero tobiko....the fried tortilla sounds kind of crazy....but it was very good.I highly recommend it.Will definitely go back.

We love, love, love Pho Bistro in McKinney, the food is delicious. We always order the small (which is huge) ribeye soup extra meat, chicken pad Thai and pork fried rice. Generous portions, friendly service, great food. Love the new location across the street from the old location. I would recommend this eatery. My only negative would be the seats are hard, could use some cushion, other than that, itâs great!

We have not been here in the last year and decided to do a Monday date night after a movie. The food choices ae many and the service and food were excellent. Now that it is getting dark earlier you get a nice reflection of the large neon wave on the wall off the windows, which is kinda neat. The staff is very attentive of your needs. The food was favorable and attractive. We will go back sooner the next time.
