Our restaurant is specialized in traditional Thai food and traditional Sushi/Nigiri. It is a family held restaurant. We emphasize in using fresh produce from prime quality as much as the island allows it. We use fish from local fishermans as much as possi
Chay's is wonderful.I lived in Thailand for a few months in 2014 and I cannot express my excitement when I find a Thai restaurant that tastes like authentic Thai food. The waiter/cook/manager is Thai and he was hilarious.Very personable, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The seating is outside, which can be problematic if you don't wear any insect repellent. The restaurant does provide those burning mosquito coils underneath the tables to help with the mosquito problem. If you're not dog-friendly, you may have a problem with the two dogs that were lounging around. I love dogs, I found them cute, and they weren't interested in begging for food or trying to rub against me, so I found zero problems with this.It boats a very laid-back atmosphere. It is Marigot, a French territory, so smokers are to be expected.Cigarette smoking doesn't bother me, but it is something to take into account if you are sensitive to this kind of thing.Anyway, EXCELLENT value for the wonderful meal.I ate there twice, simply because it was delicious and I wanted another taste of Thailand before leaving St. Martin. My only disappointment was that the only fish they had to offer was Tuna, and I am not a fan of tuna.

We give the largest Menu Option amongst all the Indian Restaurants on the Island. For Curries, Tandoori Dishes and Naans, you can never go wrong with us. Also, we are the only place that gives you a wide choice of 'South Indian' cuisine.
After the kids ate their Happy Meals, the adults went off in search of good food. A sign directing us upstairs intrigued us so we tried it out. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, the Bombay special and some garlic naan. A sign warned us that they don't pre make anything so we should expect 20 to 30 min wait. It was perfect opportunity to enjoy the sights of the town from the balcony. The food arrived in about 20 mins and was delicious. Good conversations with the staff and ample portions made this a very enjoyable, unexpected stop.

We showed up for dinner during happy hour, which was unplanned but a bonus. We enjoyed some basic sushi rolls, excellent calamari, gyoza, and a sirloin prepared deliciously and cooked to perfection. A chocolate fondant gateau capped the evening. Service was pleasant and efficient! A pleasure to dine here.
