You order at a counter and watch them cook it. I found the egg roll somewhat soggy. But the main course, hot pepper chicken, was quite good. They serve it on a bed of rice, which I would rather have separate in its own bowl. I am sure if I had requested that they would accommodate. A fairly wide range of choices. I would come back and explore more of the menu.

First time at Old Barn and was surprised at the quality of the buffet but the place was kinda run down looking and old feeling. But the items were tasty and seemed freshly made. I liked the chicken and the ribs. Mashed potatoes were very good. Salad bar was fresh too. Overall, despite the old barn atmosphere and feel, Old Barn was pretty good. Bring an appetite, there's a lot to eat.

Love their salmon and scallops! Never had a bad meal. Service is great. Almost always eat on the side without the grills. Highly recommend!

So third visit to this particular site; there is a Yamato West by the Lima Mall which we usually end up at...better service. This particular location has an aquarium that either needs cleaning or get rid of it, it is uncomfortable. Stood for a while until noticed. There were people at the Hibachi when we were seated and they sat for I bet 45 minutes...whyMy daughter and I (with take home for my son in mind) ordered Signature Rolls: in order of love1. Green Dragon2. Spicy Mountain3. Buckeye4. Spicy GirlLots of great rolls here. Really delish. Waitress was too busy to take our card up and run it...? Really, hmmm. They were not busy. At all.Whatever. I like the other location better, across from the Lima Mall.

This is a better than average Chinese restaurant but the style is somewhat Americanized. The hot and sour soup was not quite as hot or sour as ideal, but still flavorful and not overly thickened. The Kong Pao Shrimp was nice and spicy as requested, with sufficient shrimp and crisp celery. It was however covered with what I call ubiquitous brown sauce. Authentic Sichuan cuisine is very lightly sauces or not at all. Also, despite the restaurantâs name there is nothing close to actual Hunan cooking. Still the meal was better than average, and very reasonable. Good service too.

The only good thing for this restaurant is its atmosphere. It is cozy and clean. But I didn't find a good food. So I just selected Phad Thai, which had more sugar than Phad Thai in other restaurants. They charged $2.00 for my co-worker's additional one scoop of rice.
