this is a great stop for wonderful food and specials every day photo books of every item on the menu in the back food court its a nice relaxing place to enjoy lunch dinner or a quick snack

I have been frequenting this establishment for years. The food is satisfactory and it is quick and convenient. The other night we called in our usual to go order which always includes the chicken vegetable lo mein. When my daughter returned home with our order, we were dismayed to find chicken and vegetables (not lo mein).When she went back to have the situation rectified, they refused to take back the erroneous order and only agreed to make the lo mein with an additional charge. When she returned home I was so upset that although I was under the weather, I got up, got dressed and went back by myself. In spite of the fact that we have been a loyal customer for years, (our kids even went to school together) they still refused to supply the lo mein without an additional charge. By now I was not happy and expressed my displeasure at being forced to pay for something I did not order. Grudgingly, she gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else next time. (as if I would think of returning after such treatment!)

On this visit we shared: Lettuce wraps, garlic chili edamame, and paper-wrapped chicken...All good. I have been eating at Kip's since they were on the other end of 2nd Street, and when they had a shop downtown. I also have had Garlic chili shrimp and their crispy shrimp roll. I recommend Kip's.
