The menu has something for everyone - from sushi and sashimi to tempura, lobster and noodles. And all really fresh and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will happily explain what things are and help you with your selection. We ordered a couple of dishes to start with, then a couple more, so you don't have to choose everything at once, and they were all served quickly. There is the option of sitting at a table or sitting on the floor (Japanese styley ;-)!) which adds to the experience. This is one of the best Japanese restaurants we've been to and I highly recommend it.

Inspired by fast-paced japanese ramen bars, wagamama offers a range of fresh, healthy dishes including ramen, donburi, teppanyaki, curries, salads and juices. wagamama encourages guests to share in their enthusiasm, slurp on noodles, relax in good company
First time visit but wonât be going again, maybe choose the wrong food. Had the chicken Ramen, the chicken was fine but I had enough noodles for about 6 people! It was quite off putting and the broth tasted and looked like dish water. Also if over a certain age sitting on hard and cold benches with no backs is a no no.hi suzy, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. we are sorry to hear about your experience. we'd like to take a look into this, would you mind leaving some further details here - https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us to enable us to do so? thank you

Amazing little find! Great homemade food, big portions, good price, lovely service and very tasty! Plenty of choice and vegan options greatly welcomed! Try the miso and tofu ramen, it is delicious! Serves Vietnamese iced coffee and bubble tea as well which is amazing! Buns are so soft and fluffy, try the crispy duck bun! Would recommend and come again! Cash only so bare in mind.
This restaurant was sorely missed but pleased to say it has reopened under new management. Popped in to try it out at lunch today and delighted to see that it is if anything better than before. Food excellent. Lunch has got quite a bit more expensive but the dinner and take away menu are as reasonable as ever. Hope they keep open

"Offering a classic mixture of quality food, all day, in a central position. A new cafe built into the shell of a late Georgian corner-pub".
Recently took visiting friends for lunch here. We have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Our latest experience was no exception. Lovely friendly and efficient staff on front of house and our lunch from the set lunch menu was absolutely delicious. Faultless. Gorgeous food beautifully presented. Love it here!

Called in on speck on a Saturday evening warm welcome from staff no problem getting seated. Starter ordered medium came very hot, to hot to eat comfortably. Main good. This restaurant is in need of refurbishment especially in the area of toilets which could be cleaner.

Table for 4 on a busy Saturday night with friends. Our friends are from near Oxford and have plenty of excellent restaurants near to them, but they absolutely LOVED KuKu as much as we do. The decor, lighting and ambience is captivating from the minute you step inside. You are transported from the hum-drum of everyday life, to a place that awakens your senses. Front of house gentleman is friendly and professional, the attention to detail is evident from the outset. Once again we enjoyed some fabulous food, beautifully presented like works of art and a sensation in the mouth. Its vibrant, upbeat and classy.
