I always hope to like a local merchant, but not so with this restaurant. Very few redeeming qualities. Cheap prices portend cheap food, but the quality and freshness were sub par. A little on the dingy side, overly loud music, and shaky service. Unlikely to return.

I enjoyed the kung po shrimp, just spicy enough. Lots of plump shrimp with a nice variety of vegatables and shrimp fried rice for about $10. Lots of food at reasonable prices.

If you are out shopping in Metairie or looking for a place to get off I-10 and have lunch, this is a nice little spot on Veterans for quick Vietnamese. The menu is fairly small compares to other Vietnamese restaurants, but the food is all very good and comes out quickly. I recommend any of their pho options - they are filling but don't weigh you down like fast food.

very limited parking. But the food!!! Such a delight to the tongue. I espescially loved the orange beef, and my friends recommend the eggplant dishes.

We had dinner here after flight delays and needing to spend an additional night in New Orleans. My wife had a pho and she found the broth quite flavorful but the pho lacking in vegetables. I had a chicken with rice, which was a little better than anticipated. The rice was not the usual oriental sticky rice and in my dish there were more vegetables than customary. All in all, reasonably good. Our server's English was limited and she gave confusing answers to our questions about the menu.

First time at this local buffet just west of New Orleans - WOW -- really impressed with the wide variety of seafood, pasta, veggie dishes, desserts, etc -- oysters make frequent appearances at the hotplates - great soups, too. Kinda easy on the wallet -- tons of parking in the mall right out front.

I dine here all the time. My favorite sushi restaurant. There is nothing I havent enjoyed here. The service is great and food quality excellent. Many options for those who dont like sushi. Some members of my family dont care for the raw fish and opt for the fried rice (great stuff) or hibachi food (no actual hibachi in the dining area). But always consistent and my personal favorite

We are traveling to New Orleans, and stayed outside of the city for the 1st night. We were recommended this Chinese restaurant by our hotel receptionist. I am pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Chinese restaurant in the outskirts of New Orleans. The salt and pepper pork chop is delicious, the pea leaves were great. The fried rice came in large portion. The only thing we weren't too crazy about was the salt and pepper alligator. It's too dry, the pork was way better. We had originally tried to order the roasted pig, but unfortunately, they ran out. Later they came out with razor clam on the menu. Truly authentic!
