Went here after a movie. Was very busy but the staff were excellent and found us a table. We enjoy spicy food so we ordered the Laal Maas and were sternly warned it was hot. Yes it was pretty spicy but i was disappointed the lamb was very tough and not braised enough. Good flavour though. However the Palak Paneer was excellent and the samosas some of the best i have tasted. So will certainly be back.
Freshly hand made sushi everyday with a variety of Bento Box for choice.
Fantastic little place to pick up some sushi, myself and my Grandaughter love grabbing some every time we are near there, quality food. Thank you for the review and we look forward to seeing your family again :)

We were hesitant about their ability to cater for 24 of us, but the service was very good. Food was excellent with a VERY large variety of food on the menu and they catered for some fairly strict dietary requirements. Certainly recommend this place

We went to Hans cafe restaurant a long time ago and everything tested more or less the same. Not this time. Things have greatly improved and we were presently surprised. The staff was very professional and nice to deal with. The food was very good, especially the mixed entree dish.Good venue for a young family. Banquets (minimum 4 people) start at $26.00 per person and there was a lot of food on the list.Thank you, we will be back.

I don't normally write reviews but I was really disappointed with the Golden Eagle. My boyfriend and I were staying overnight near Kalamunda and really wanted some Chinese food. Kalamunda only has one Chinese restaurant so we decided to order some take away from the Golden Eagle. The lady owner wasn't friendly and was standing over a younger staff member whilst she was taking our order which was uncomfortable. The food was overpriced and tasted terrible. The meat in our meals was of bad quality. It should have been thrown out and not served! It was such a waste as neither of us could eat much of our food. I do not recommend this place!
I had passed this place within the shop a thousand times and decided to try it as I'd had a long day at work, it was already dark, Friday night and I was not in the mood to cook....convenience called!!! It is a Bain marie style of serving and I grabbed a few that were on display. The typical sweet and sour pork and honey chicken, a noodle dish & beef in black bean sauce.Considering I got a large family fried rice and 4 other dishes and it came in at approx $55 it was pretty good value for a family of five and there were left overs.Wouldn't say I'd be in a hurry to get it again though

We thought that we'd try our first thai food in Perth,so we ordered takeaway from these guys. We ordered the Tom Kha Thai, phad thai, and Massaman Curry(chicken), but we somehow ended up with (lamb). It was all disappointing to say the least. The Tom Kha Thai just tasted like sour water with a few field mushrooms, chicken and lemongrass with the odd kefir leaf, it seemed to be missing ingredients to be honest. It wasn't creamy, sweet, sour and spicy as it should be, not to mention the use of over powering field mushrooms rather than the more mild button mushrooms. The phad thai was a greasy mass of noodles swimming in tamarind sauce with a few prawns and burnt egg. This along with the Tom Kha Thai is the worst ive ever had, and ive had a few in my time.My partner had the massaman curry!! Before i had even mentioned my disappointment i asked him about his, he just said its dog food. So i tasted it and it was very unpleasant, the flavours were old, stagnant, and just not fresh, and it just had a very unpleasant aftertaste aswell. I went back for a refund for the massaman curry because it was basically inedible, and they were happy to give a refund. I dont like to give bad reviews, but if they are going to serve food to the public they have to expect to get some honest, and hopefully constructive feedback at some point. We wont be going back lets put it that way.

Authentic Japanese style restaurant. Small and cosy booth and bar style seating. Full of character; a tiny piece of Japan in the Perth Hills.
This quaint authentic Japanese restaurant is small but feels like youâre in Japan complete with the booths. The menu has a great selection of Japanese meals. The bento boxes are the most popular. I had the tofu bento box and it was yummy. A complete meal for $25.Beware this place is tiny but popular so itâs difficult to get in.
