The ambience of the place is great with musical instruments, books, bean bags and lot of games but the food and drinks had limited options. We ordered chilli chicken which was completely burnt and there was no salt in the noodles. Also we ordered shakes which they could not make as they were out of raw material for it..

Food Villa is located bang in the middle of Gar Ali, Jorhat. The restaurant is done up pretty well with good interiors. The food on offer too is sumptuous and delicious, quite a good variety on offer. Service too is much better when compared to other restaurants. Nice place for either lunch or dinner with family and friends

This restaurant was not very well maintained.FOOD they served was not so good in taste.We ordered momo but they were not properly steamed.Noodles was not good.Overall a bad experience it was.

I visited this place quite a few times and yesterday also I visited there for lunch. Its a regular Hotel..Clean and during noon and lunch time u will find the hotel full of people...Price is affordable and food quality is also good. You can find this hotel in Gar-Ali. Recommended.

I am writing a review for the year 1999. Just felt nostalgic about this place and thought I ll remember this by writing a review. It was my take away destination as a kid and mom used to always get some stuff from here whenever she used to visit the market. I have heard it still remains the same and have added seating capacity. Overall a very good place for snacks .. cheers ..

Visited this place in the month Of July. Amazing Tandoori Momo. Nice place to chill out with friends and family. They also serve excellent Tandoor and North Indian Cuisine.

Jorhat has very few good eating joints, which has an adequate parking place, ambience, professionally trained staff and equally good food. Saffron, thus becomes one of the few limited choices that an outsider has while at Jorhat. Though they serve good North Indian food, it is recommended that you try their Assamese specialities too. Overall it is a decent place to have food with your family and friends.
