Fuji is just âOKâ and nothing special. They do give you a lot of food but their selection, especially of sushi, is not that great. The place is HUGE and itâs always busy.

Great, higher quality buffet. HUGE selection of dishes from several cultures, including traditional chinese (to some degree) and an attentive, friendly staff. One of the largest California roll/sushi/sashimi selections within 50 miles and a Pho/Mongolian section as well.The price MAY throw you off a bit, being higher than most buffets locally BUT the vast selection they offer is WELL worth the extra cost, trust me! If they weren't 1 1/2 hours away we'd dine there far more often.

Very attractive dining with welcoming decor, full bar, excellent service. Food options were plentiful and imaginative and prices seemed reasonable. It's a chain restaurant, but no reason to hold that against it! I went Japanese with a steaming bowl of udon noodles with plenty of vegetables and bulgogi added in - the latter delicious if somewhat sparse. I asked for kimchi and pickled radish on the side which I added to the bowl for additional flavor. My wife chose Korean tacos with bulgogi. They looked very good but alas I was not offered a taste! Legitimate Korean fare on the menu - bibimap, japchae, bulgogi and the special feature Busan style chicken in several combinations and sauces. Will go back again to try some of the these items. All in all a pleasant dining experience.

I dined in with friends who are familiar with this restaurant. This was my first time here.The server (Peter) was NOT Welcoming at all. He gave poor service especially to the females and I will not return to this restaurant.(No water refills, no checking back, no suggestions or explanations of the menu, nasty to females when asked a simple question, not welcoming, the restaurant was not crowded he had time to do all of above.The meal was delicious and presented nicely on the plates.If the male server (Peter) didn't put a damper on the evening, this could have been a fun delightful dining experience.I won't be back.

Wife's choice but I should of known better. For starters, Specialty drinks are very watered down, best if you drink beer. Insanely fast Fried Appetizer which based on the very over fried items means oil was way to hot. We both had the Shrimp buckets, not a good idea. Both spent our evening in the restroom, not fun. So, in closing some reviews good, some bad and then ours. Feel lucky, eat here.

We loved this restaurant. It is fairly small with a humble strip center location. We were astonished at the huge number of selections on the menu. We were also astonished at the amazing quality of everything that we ordered. The interior is clean and nicely decorated, with a lot of personal touches. The owner is very friendly. The service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. If you like Thai food, you need to give this restaurant a try.

After forgetting my lunch at home, I joined a batch of folks from from my class in ordering lunch. Chicken yakisoba, pineapple chicken, assorted sushi and maki later, we were all very pleased with our selections. Meals were hot and tasty with the sushi fresh and well prepared. Restaurant was clean, service was great and the food was excellent. Great time at the Hibachi cook was very good. You get plenty of food, everyone got to take food home with them.
