Located on beautiful Lake Norman area at I-77 exit 25 Huntersville, NC. Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar offers the finest Japanese cuisine in Huntersville, NC. Watch as we prepare your favorite hibachi dishes right at your table. Enjoy our delicate
The restaurant exterior and interior is run down. The atmosphere is drab and food tasteless. The iced tea was old tasting so we ordered soft drinks which were bland tasting. Oh, and the salads were semi frozen with ice crystals that melted into the dressing creating a watery mess at the bottom of the bowl, and of course tasteless. Nothing special about the rest of the food prepared at table side. I absolutely will not return to this establishment, especially since the bill for three was $105.00! Not only have I wasted my money but wasted two hours of my life that I will never get back!In all fairness I didnât try the water so I rated this establishment 1 out of 5. Thank you for taking your time to review our establishment. It is concerning that you found our food tasteless as our chefs have years of cooking and entertaining experience. In addition, it is alarming that our iced tea was old as we make it daily and soft drinks were bland as we serve it straight from Pepsi dispenser. We would've appreciate it if you brought these issues to our attention while you were here. We wish you well in your future dining endeavor.

Our family visited Yoshi's last evening for dinner and as expected, it was OK...just OK. Service was prompt, and we waited only a very short time for our dinner to be delivered to the table after we ordered at the counter. Service is not an issue here, although you can sometimes wait in line quite a while to order. Our dinners arrived, and the food quality was average. Our edamame appetizer was tough, as if the edamame had not been steamed long enough. The sushi rolls were good, average in size and quality. The chicken in my hibachi chicken entree was very dry and tough, as if it had been sitting around for quite a while after being cooked. The side vegetables - sauteed cabbage and zucchini and onions -- were OK.The restaurant is good, but not enough to get excited about for dinner. For lunch, yes, it's a good, quick, reasonably priced call.

This is the typical fast food Chinese resturant. The choices from the picture on the wall look just live every other. The staff was friendly and the service was good. the food came just as i ordered when i asked for no bell peppers. Food was freshly prepared. If in need of quick, then you can get it here.

Not fancy, but tasty! Not every meal has to be a full on dining experience. This is a solid meal at a reasonable price. Pretty good take out service also.

Great dinner tonite with the family. Attentive server, yummy food and fast service. This restaurant is close to Birkdale Village (near Office Depot). Our server kept our drinks full and checked back often to see if everything was ok. I recommend the crab Rangoon for an appetizer.

We have eaten here one many occasions, mostly for lunch. My friend always gets the Pho, and I normally get the garlic chicken. Both are great. The service can be a bit slow at lunch, even if there are few customers. I always have to ask for salt and pepper, as they are not on the tables. They refuse to serve or even sell an onion pancake , a la carte. I don't understand. You can get it as an option with the meal but not by itself or an extra one , if you have already ordered one as part of a meal... Also I find it interesting if you have leftovers, and need a to go container, they add .50 cent to you bill for each container. I have never ordered a whole meal for a group to go , but I find it interesting that that charge is not already included in the cost of the meal...

We were visiting friends in Huntersville and wanted to bring dinner. Chinese was suggested and as fate would have it we found House of Taipei! We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the food - this was for takeout. We will definitely eat there again!

We got take-out from here for the first time this weekend. Everything was very good & the portions were nice. Not a lot of filler in the dishes. Dining room seems nice & they have unending vegetarian options. Will definitely return.

New to the area and looking for some delicious sushi, we came upon Kung Foo Noodle in Birkdale Village-Huntersville, NC. It was absolutely delicious! Their menu includes (to name a few) unique sushi offerings, Poke Bowls, fried rice and noodle dishes, as well as some unique small plates and soups. The service was wonderful, from the host, to the waitresses the would check on us, and the sushi chef! It was a crowded (in a good way) Saturday night and we snagged a spot at the sushi bar, which offered an a birds eye view of their incredible sushi chef making beautiful sushi rolls and poke bowls. We ordered two rolls, the Volcano, and the 1000 Likes (It was the best roll we have every had, hands down) The roll had fresh salmon and Tuna Poke on top...get it! We also ordered the Pad Thai, which was tasty! Great portion sizes, and great quality of ingredients. Highly, Highly recommend. This is our new favorite spot!
