Find out what Asian restaurants to try in Hudson. Hudson is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States, with a total population of 19,063 as of the 2010 census. Before its incorporation as a town in 1866, Hudson was a neighborhood and unincorporated village of Marlborough, Massachusetts, and was known as Feltonville. From around 1850 until the last shoe factory burned down in 1968, Hudson was known as a "shoe town." At one point, the town had 17 shoe factories, many of them powered by the Assabet River, which runs through town. Because of the many factories in Hudson, immigrants were attracted to the town. Today most people are of either Portuguese or Irish descent, with a smaller percentage of people being of French, Italian, English, or Scots-Irish descent. While some manufacturing remains in Hudson, the town is now primarily residential. Hudson is served by the Hudson Public Schools district.

Vietnamese take-out
Simple, a hole in the wall. Simple cooking. Love to order the Pho, extra meat. Delightful broth! A slight "tang" in the broth just brings the flavors together (yes, lime does it). The Bahn Mi are fantastic, and they entertain take out like its going out of style. Only a few tables, it can get tight. Yet, they keep it so clean. A little gem of freshness!

I have been driving by this place for over 25 years, in some way shape or fashion. NEVER been in, but had kept telling myself that I WOULD! Headed over to Thairiffic and it was CLOSED at 2 pm on a Sunday. Seriously. I was in DIRE NEED of Thai fried rice and/or Pad Thai. With a ravenous hunger, I drove from downtown to out town, pulled up and immediately was transported to the 80's, Florida style. Yep, the 80's are calling and they want their carpet and flamingo pink colors back. If the super dated and tiredness of the restaurant don't put you off - stick with it Pepe the Prawn, because the heaping plate of seafood fried rice and the house pad thai will kick your craving to the curb... So much that I have ordered for hungry crowds and delightfully taken out. AND THAT PEANUT DRESSING ON SALAD? KILLER!Friendly, delicious, dated and divine in a pinch. Affordable too. So why not?

Thairiffic Provides Fresh Thai and Asian Fusion Cuisine to Marlborough, MA and Surrounding Areas. Dine-in or Take Out. Lunch and Dinner Menus. Catering Available. Specials Biweekly!
I'd like to keep on going with the stars, although I give this review with a heavy heart, because once the word is out... it will pack. Clean, vibrant in the location of the defunct Sorrentos (ew good riddance). Family members of Mueng Thai (also in Marlborough), gone to the pain of building decay, Thairiffic is a welcomed addition to the food scene, keeping the family tradition of wicked good food! Pro's:DUCK. DUCK AND LOTS OF DUCK. CHUNKS of DUCK in the thai house fried rice. OMG!PERFECT Thai spring rollsLovely staff, to include the owner Paul, flanked by his partner and family members keeping the place clean.Great curry and pad thai.THEY DELIVER. OH MY!Cons:Kitchen is slow, but mind you the food comes out so fresh it will slap your mama.Chicken in the pad thai was a tad dry. BUT WHO CARES!?Will be back. Will use their catering service. Will order take out.Because they are GOOD!

We have ordered takeout from the Silk Road Bistro numerous times over the past few years. This is far and away the best Chinese food we have ever had in the US. In a category that is dominated by poorly prepared renditions of what people think is Chinese cuisine, Silk Road Bistro stands out as truly superior. Everything we have tried is flavorful and fresh-tasting. The fried dishes are obviously prepared in fresh, clean oil, none of the greasy taste that you get in so many other places. If you are in downtown Marlborough, you can't do better than the Silk Road Bistro.

We ended up eating here because our first and favorite destination was packed. (Fireflies BBQ) I am happy to say that I was surprised by how clean the restaurant was. There is a wonderful variety of foods. The ice cream is delicious & the sushi was very tasty. I would give it a try if youâre around the area and are in the mood for Chinese.

Every once in a while either we don't have time or just don't want to cook at home, but don't feel like going out either. Star Ocean provides the best option for take-away Chinese food in the area. The food is great and the lady at the counter in the restaurant is always very courteous and helpful.

Second time here. To get in, you need to find the door near the bathrooms in the microcreamery next door. You'll figure it out! Anyway, one comes here for the cocktails, old ones re-energized, and newly created ones. Tasty! Food is good also, small portions yes, but they all go good with the food. Our table had the cheese plate, spicy peanuts, and heirloom tomato apps, along with the dan dan noodles, a salmon dish and a lobster roll. Some of the dishes definitely has an Asian accent, but would not call this an Asian restaurant.

This restaurant just opened in the past few months. I was having trouble chosing the cuisines - they do sushi & "japanese fusion". The phone # is 978-568-8885.
Hudson has lots of good dining options. this restaurant has been there many years. the appetizers all taste home-made. The vegetarian sushi is very good as are the teriyaki platters. the service is attentive and dining room comfortable. One of my plates had a large chip so I did not give five stars.
