Had a great, very filling, delicious lunch at "All-You-Can-Eat" Buffet Star2302 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666-3115 on Saturday, Sept 16, 2017 for $7.49 plus tax of $1.01 & tip. Very reasonable! Excellent staff service, served drinks & picked up empty plates promptly. Nice atmosphere for lunch or dinner, lots of tables & booths & food is nicely displayed with special lighting. Mongolian Grill food is available, looked good, but got full on other varieties (advertised as over 300 items daily) of food. 10% discount for active duty Military & Senior Citizens over 60 Years old. A party room is available for 6 or more. Sundays & Holidays - "All Day Dinner Buffet" is $11.99 + tax. Weekday Adult dinner buffet $10.49 (less for kids under 10). Prices are subject to change. Nice dessert & sliced fruit selection and ice cream in small Styrofoam cups. Free "mall-like" parking just outside "Buffet Star".Hi. It was printed on the menu that substitutions cost extra so I asked for the miso soup instead of the clear soup. I have had them both before and the clear soup is clearly too salty. She made a big deal out of "No substitutions." She continued to be rude throughout the meal. Everybody at the big table was offered water to drink but me, but she was not being friendly with them either.

My wife and I were looking for a good Chinese restaurant since our old favorite Chinese restaurant closed a while back. There are several Chinese "fast food" places in our area, but hardly any "sit down." The Fortune Garden came highly recommended to us. We started off with egg drop soup for two, which was so delicious. My wife and I were both in the mood for chicken chow mien. One order could easily have fed two adults. The meal was plentiful and really good. We both agreed that the Fortune Garden is our favorite place for "really delicious Chinese food."

It is clean and the food is great. The service is good. If the service was great, I would have given five stars.

On a Sunday at 6 there were only 2 other parties seated but the restaurant was busy with delivery orders. We had hawaiian bbq chicken, chicken fried rice, india curry katsu chicken, fire cracker chicken (very good), and jade green fried rice (excellent).

Got the thai spring rolls, pepper garlic pork, thai fried rice, panang curry with chicken, and pad himalai gai. All were delicious and came with a peanut sauce dressed salad. Quiet on a Monday at 6. There are several Thai restaurants closer to us but it is so worth it to drive further and get some unique and consistently great food.

The Vietnamese cuisine here is fantastic and reasonably priced. Also I think it is a pretty interior.

I had a craving for Japanese food so we decided to try out Musasi for lunch. The service was good, the restaurant was clean (including the bathroom), and the food was fresh. We were particularly impressed with the freshness and size of the Unagi nigiri. The price for the sushi was a little on the higher side but quality over quantity. I enjoyed my Agedashi tofu, though I would have prefered smaller pieces of tofu but the flavor was good. The miso soup was above average. I enjoyed my TonKastu bento, a little extra Katsu sauce would have been nice but overall great. We didn't care for the Bulgogi but as that is a Korean dish maybe we're better off sticking to the Japanese dishes. The chicken teriyaki was good as well. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and will return.
