The dishes offered are for the most part Asian Fusion with a Korean base. However, this is no kimchee house. There are no extreme or sour flavors here. We had the beef bowl and the chicken bowl, each costing about $14. These bowls have the meat and accompanying vegetables served upon a layer of rice. The result is delicious and truly exceptional. The restaurant also offers good local craft beers. I recommend the amber ale.

The food is what the elephant Injuns try to make, but can't.Service is good. This is NOT fast food; as far as I can tell, there aren't any ingredients that are canned frozen processed paved etc ad nauseum. So if you want it in McDonald's time, say fifteen minutes, GO TO MCdONALDS. We'll BOTH be happier.wine is excellent; not sure of pedigree, but tastes good.Atmosphere perfect after hard day hiking. Alsonotice prefered by bikers, climbers, kayakers, etc. Real people. Great place to sit and soak up a few carbs through a wine glass while chef chops cleans cuts slices dices cooks food.CLINCHER: Their last name is SHERPA.

Wouldn't it figure that when I'd finally find a great Chinese food restaurant, it would be 900 miles from my house. :) We were traveling home from Colorado and went through Gunnison and stopped for lunch here. The food was hot, delicious and very inexpensive. It was $16 for both of us for lunch. Lunch entrees included crab Rangoon, spring roll, soup and the actual entrée. There was about twice as much food as we could eat and had we not been traveling, would have definitely taken it with us. The waitress was helpful, polite and very efficient. I cannot rate this place high enough. It's a must do.

Good points: Vegetables were fresh and crunchy.Bad points: I'm thinking they don't have Chinese cooks because no self respecting Asian would serve shrimp in this condition. They were absolute mush as if they'd be cooked days ago. Flavor and spiciness are a joke. They don't use chilis and if you want it spicy, they give you some on the side. I've been to Asia and experienced the food first hand. They would not serve this kinda food there. Avoid this place.
