Went for lunch. Place is next to the Giant grocery. Warmly greeted, and promptly seated. Sushi was fresh. The green curry with tofu and the basil chicken from the main menu were notable. The rolls were average, but nicely presented.

Restaurant in Spring Water Plaza
We had 4 meals here. 3 Lunches and 1 diner.Have to say that lunch meals (in form of the Lunch special) we liked better then diner one, but all together it's a great place to have a very good, flavorful and plentiful meal not breaking a wallet. The only improvement we wish they would make is to have better variety, availability and prices for their dessert menu. Every time we ate here some of desserts were not available, and we'd land up with Green tea ice cream, that wasn't looking and tasting good, and definitely wasn't worth $5.95 they charge. I actually have a suspicion that in reality it was a coconut ice cream with added spinach juice to it, because neither the color nor the taste of this thing didn't have any hints of the presence of green tea.But other then that it's a great place to have a nice and tasty lunch.

Been here a couple times now. Enjoy the atmosphere, friendly staff, and timely arrival of your food. Rolls are on point every time and taste delicious. The specialty cocktails are always fun and taste good as well. This will be a regular spot for quality sushi. Have not strayed far from the menu though.

We had the mixed vegetable appetizer, really good! The naan stuffed with potatoes was very good. My husband got a lamb dish that he really liked and I got the goat biryani. Huge portion, I have at least 2 more meals worth of food. Helps that it was very tasty. We will be back!

This place doesn't look like much from outside. They are in a strip mall in between a couple of other places. I think one is a deli. My first experience was a friend planning a get together with everyone meeting here. It was when I was new to sushi and when I saw it, I judged a book by it's cover and thought, "oh God, I can't believe I'm going to eat sushi here." It was amazing and I've been back a million times ever since. It is some of the BEST sushi I have EVER had! I highly recommend you trying it if you've never been here. The owner?...Manager?...is a very hard worker. She orchestrates everything going on on a busy night and keeps it running smoothly. The service is always good. The sushi chefs are out in the open so you can see everything. The inside isn't anything fancy but what I care about most is how delicious the sushi is and this sushi is high quality. They are packed on the weekends. Additionally, they do a lot of takeout business...no matter what night it is. We just got takeout for the first time and it was good. We learned not to get tempura to go because it didn't have the same crispy texture but other than that, they gave us plenty of wasabi and ginger, they gave us chopsticks, all of our sushi was served on a large platter which made it tricky to know what was what, but that's ok because it was all delicious. Their avocado salad is SOOOO good. They give you a nice, healthy serving of avocado instead of being skimpy, which I appreciate because I love avocado. The avo is always fresh. It comes with a ginger dressing that is so good! I would buy it by the bottle if I could, and I don't even like ginger! Our favorite rolls are the South West, South Beach, Kim's Roll and the Volcano Roll. Mmmmm...so good! The restaurant is not on open table and they are BYOB. Again, if you haven't been here and you're in the area...give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Years ago no one would seek out or find an Asian inspired restaurant, hardly any sushi back in the day except in foreign lands. This restaurant is modern, filled and interesting with a menu quite creative, many unusual choices all with Asian flavors and undertones. Cosmos were an A+. Ordered the Teikoku tapas to split but honestly it would have been enough for dinner for two. All the usual special rolls and âregular â rolls, so many interesting appetizers, I could go on.Service was well timed and prices seemed fair

ok so it was just alright. the atmosphere and décor is relaxing and feels sophisticated. was expecting a really nice experience. was given a gift card for here. we had massages and went across street to here for dinner. really the beer I got and the dessert strawberry cheesecake ny style was really very good and best part of meal. hubby got surf and turf, looked like no surf and turf we ever saw. he said it was very dry and the lobster was undistinguishable! I ordered shrimp in lobster sauce! this was unlike any shrimp in lobster sauce I ever saw! had a very odd taste and i'm thinking it may have been from the two different mushrooms in it! let's say I didn't get sick from it but didn't like it. pretty dry for lobster sauce! there was none! you could get white or brown rice, we got both and that was served family style in large bowl. the entrees came on separate skillets, you took what you wanted and put on your rice. had an appy which we never get but the tempura vegs and calamari sounded great and it good! you get no bread. our server was quite nice. you get a lot and hence we took 3 typical Chinese boxes home with leftovers! it's not cheap. had a $50 gift card and added $16 to it! for Chinese that's a lot! 2 entrees 1 appy 1 dessert 1 beer, plus tip. won't be back. as stated, we get much better local Chinese take out and much less expensive!

So with family visiting for Thanksgiving and because they live in an area where good Chinese food is hard to find, they wanted Chinese food when they came North. However, good Chinese food is very hard to find. I'm not talking about restaurants because I haven't been to one of those in a long while. But I'm talking about the local rush in and grab your Chinese food and take it home food. It's amazing how the quality and taste of Chinese had gone straight downhill. I moved to Claymont about 12 years ago and there was one restaurant in Wilmington but close enough to Claymont that I didn't mind going past 2 other restaurants to get to it. However, they've changed hands 3 times and now the food is absolutely horrible.Soliciting recommendations from coworkers, however, turned me on to Asuka. The food was very good although they did mess the order up. When I arrived, the young lady read my order from the receipt, however, failed to certify that what she read was actually in the bag. We ordered 2 orders of the dinner combination of General Tsao's Chicken with the chicken fried rice and egg roll, 1 order of Chicken with Garlic Sauce and 1 order of Chicken Mei Fun Noodles. I actually wanted the Singapore Style Noodles instead of the General Tsao's but as one family member was allergic to shrimp, I didn't want anything to go wrong. Well yup, they did, they gave us Singapore Style Noodles with shrimp instead of the Chicken Mei Fun, so I ended up getting the Singapore Noodles anyway. But if I was ordering them, outright, I would have asked for more sauce/gravy, whatever they want to call it because the noodles were a little dry. I actually ended up trashing most of them because they just weren't appealing. I don't think that they realize we don't like our rice and/or noodles dry. However, the Chicken with Garlic Sauce was absolutely delicious. I didn't get to taste the Chicken Fried Rice. Most fast food Asian restaurants don't prepare fried rice very well anymore. Not like restaurants did about 25 years ago. Then fried rice dishes were delicious. Now? You can't pay me to buy the fried rice. I gave Asuka a very good rating even though what we received was somewhat average; but I did this because the flavor of the Chicken with Garlic Sauce was delicious and having gotten it at my normal restaurant where the flavor was blase even though you could see the peppers in it, I decided Asuka deserve a very good rating just for that alone.
