Worst experience I've ever had. Ordered our normal order we do almost weekly but they changed their prices and we were quoted incorrectly. When my husband went to buy our food the manager told him the price and he was confused and she told him he had to buy the food because he agreed over the phone. I called manager and she preceeded to tell me it was our fault and their's. Customer is always right, I'm a manager myself and would never tell a customer that.We left with no food and now they will not have us as a customer. Horrible service would not recommended this location at all.

We love this place-we're regulars. Stopped in today and ordered their lunch special, what a deal! Our food arrived on huge platters, salad with warm sweet peanut sauce dressing was yummy, my drunken noodles with beef was perfect with lots of veggies the way I like it. Hubby had spicy basil stir fry with beef, it was great with lots of mushrooms. Each plate had one pot sticker as well. They use no green peppers, only red, which we really appreciate not having to pick them out, who eats those green peppers anyway? Everything has always been so fresh and colorful, cooked exactly right, and we always feel good after eating here, even when stuffed, lol! Two lunch specials, one Thai iced tea only came to $17. Even though we came hungry, we still left with two boxes of leftovers. Always a favorite!

The location is great - right downtown. The service was excellent, though perhaps that's because we got there early and there was only one other table with customers. But the best part - the pad thai was excellent. I will definitely be eating here again!

This Pho Gia was our go-to, close-to-home pho place, but there have been ongoing changes in their menu (not a problem) and how they make their food. Went back last night after a couple months and, again, ordered small pho #10 with flank, brisket, tripe, tendon but without meatballs. The spring rolls were fresh and good as always except the pork had a slightly stronger flavor than in the past, maybe old. The pho came quickly and hot, but, while the flavor of the meat was excellent, there was precious little of it. More noodles than we've ever seen here, and the broth was okay -- not particularly piquant. Are they losing their mojo? Still, a more than decent pho choice on McLoughlin.

Yes, it's clean, large, nicely laid out and the staff is friendly. Portions are good sized. However, this is run-of-the-mill suburban Americanized food -- great, I suppose, if you don't want to be challenged. We ordered both the day's special, double cooked pork, and Mongolian Beef. I suppose I should have make it clear that we wanted the latter pretty spicy -- their interpretation of "medium spicy" is "bland" for us. The sauces for the two dishes tasted very similar (note that the whiteboard cautioned that the double-cooked pork was Chinese-style and spicy). I think we were the only customers using chopsticks -- which is an indicator. We think Essence of China, not far away, is the better choice.

We love to eat here! Love to take the teenage grandsonâs here, itâs one place they can really get fall. Itâs fun to experiment with a different sauces and flavors and to wash the chef prepare your selection is fun. Be hungry when you go home.

I had never been there before and very doubtful at this point that I would return. My order was to go. I got three menu items for my husband and I to share. Fried rice, potstickers & salad rolls. The fried rice was very bland and unflavored, ordered mild to medium didn't want to end up with something to hot. We were very disappointed. The potstickers were tiny and left a lot to be desired. The salad rolls were different than any we had had before, they were OK. On another note, the waitress was sweet as could be the and place was small and cute. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes, but would not order again what we had gotten.

Arrived at lunch time on a Friday and it was hopping! Michelle was popping around making sure everyone had hot green tea and soup, such friendly and fast service. Food is always fresh and flavorful with large portions, soo yummy! Love having feel good food so close.

My last experience with Vietnamese cuisine was underwhelming. We gave this place a try after getting stuck in traffic and werenât able to make it where weâd intended. One time I will say, thank you traffic! The rolls, oh, were they all delicious! We shared an assortment as appetizers, and the flavors of each were fantastic. And all of us loved our dinner selections. I canât say enough about the Drunken Crispy Chicken I personally had. It was so good, I canât wait to go back for more.

I am on Weight Watchers and my mother-in-law and I were looking for a place where we could get good, reasonably healthy food. Typically teriyaki places are pretty low-fat, low-calorie (depending on what you get) and I hadn't been to this place.The order-taker was quite friendly and efficient. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Salad and my mother-in-law ordered Chicken Yakisoba. She brought the food out to our table and the portions were ENORMOUS! There were at least 2 chicken thighs on each, and a big mound of salad. I was too late in asking for the dressing on the side but it wasn't too overwhelming and very tasty. The chicken was nicely grilled and the Yakisoba noodles were tasty. Overall we were impressed with the quality of the food, the portion (enough to take home 1/2 of it), and the service. Thanks for a good first-time experience.
