The only real Japanese restaurant in Florence. Welcoming staff and delicious food are just a side of an amazing experience. Maybe there's still something to fix (some dishes were sold out and the waiting was a little bit long) but it's really worth.Thank you so much, we are very grateful for the nice words and we are sorry if you had to wait a little longer. We will treasure the valuable suggestions. A cordial greeting from all the staff!

the wife of the owner was very agressive, rude doesn't know to.treat the clients. i had a luch with my kids here at fujiyama last august.. my kids had french fries and nothing else.. i just thought that i would only pay for the fries so.i asked the manager(owner) if it is possible to only pay 4,50 euros for the fries that they had instead of paying 22 euro.. she started to shout on me, and became very agressive and rude. i just couldnt reccommend this restaurant to.other people because they have a.poor.service. bad communication with their clients. and the price is too much compare.to.other chinese japanese.restaus if you would like to.bring with you your kids..
