Depending on your route of approach, it can be sort of hard to find, sort of around back in a strip mall. But, trust me, itâs worth the effort. We had Chicken Satay and Crab Won Tons appetizers. The crab won tons were some of best Iâve had. The satay was a bit short on peanut sauce. For entrees we had Chicken Masaman Curry and Chicken Pad Thai. The portions were immense to the point of regretting our appetizers. Both entrees were delicious and seasoned to order (correctly). No draft beer but a reasonable selection of bottles. I definitely recommend Beau Thai and will return there whenever possible.

Our favorite place to dine in Evergreen. We have dined here many times and have never been disappointed. A huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. Service is good and friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. There is a nice rooftop patio for the warm months, too.

We've been meaning to visit since this place opened and finally had our opportunity the midst of a snowstorm. It was the perfect meal for that sort of a day (and, frankly, would be good any day!). We actually got noodle dishes (the combo) rather than pho. Next time, I'll try the pho. But, we LOVED what we got. Sure, we would have loved a bit of additional protein but we were quite satisfied when we left.

relaxing with the shades of green all around. Our miso soup was warm and flavorful. Our sushi was way above average. The server was attentive and very sweet. We were there for a late lunch. There are no lunch specials, one menu only. Prices were a little high but not bad for sushi with such a rating.

We arrived around two pm and were quickly seated as the restaurant was empty. It was a Saturday afternoon on a cold day in early March, so there really were not many people in town. The waitress was attentive, answered our questions since this was our first visit, and our food was promptly prepared and at our table. I found that our two orders were colorful, that meaning the use of vegetables and sauces created an interesting plate. The food was average. I am used to a bit more kick in my Chinese, but this was tasty nonetheless. There may be other choices in town, but this one worked out well for us.
