I was craving sushi on a hot day so I tried Sushi Ring for the first time in quite awhile. I forgot how great this place really is. Out of this world flavors and fresh as can be. The prices are good and the service is great. Lots of parking and easy to find right by Silver Lake. I don't think I'll be able to eat sushi anywhere else. Just excellent.

We went here for dinner being in the area and seeing this restaurant. Our first impression was WOW - Very nicely done setting inside. Very clean and comfortable. We where seat within a few seconds, the wait staff took our drink order immediately and returned with our drinks in quickly. After we scanned the menu and decided what we wanted, the wait person seemed to know we where ready to order and was right there to take the order. About 6 or 7 minutes later, our order was served as ordered and hot. We both had Pho which was the best we've had so far. The broth isn't salty like so many we had over the years. This restaurant is a MUST if you like Pho and other Asian foods. We will be coming back soon.

We met with a friend of mine for all of our first experience at Bhu-Ping Thai. This was meant to be rather the "acid test", as my friend is married to a Thai woman, shares properties, meals and life in Thailand with her family, and has been looking hard for good Thai food here in the North end. We were greeted by an entirely refurbished and meticulously clean restaurant. A lovely outdoor area has been created next to the building that promises to be a lovely oasis in the summer. This is only more surprising because of the restaurant location, between a parking lot shared with a car stereo place and one of Everett's oldest "Supercuts"! The food was lovely. Perfectly prepared although in smaller portions than some places I have been. We had a shrimp and citrusy vegetable soup (I have forgotten the name), a papaya salad with #3 on spice, and Chicken Basil. The soup and Chicken were clean and tasty... meaning the flavors were crisply defined, not muddied or overdone, but the salad was, well... An epiphany! (Neither my wife or I had ever had it before). It was wonderful! As we finished dinner (the 3 courses were large enough to be shared sparingly between the 3 of us), the owner, a small, neatly dressed and busy but friendly man named Noi, came to our table to visit. He told us about a winetasting scheduled for the beginning of next month, and we discussed wine, food and the new look of the building. Spoiler Alert!: We did come to this establishment forearmed with recommendations... both from sommeliers of other establishments. But we standardly prefer Sing Ha lager with Thai cuisine! We did not order wine, nor did we really pay a lot of attention to the wine list. After dinner, though, I approached Noi to ask more about the upcoming tasting. "Have you seen our back room?" he asked. Wow! What a hidden jewel! Walls displaying a vast wine selection, beers on tap and bottled from around the world! Hand carved and GORGEOUS hardwood furniture and appointments! Noi sat and visited with us over a bottle of Spanish red that he selected to follow our meal. It was wonderful! His company and exquisite hosting are a rarity in this city. I must say, This is a GREAT place to frequent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Thai experience!

The food is good enough but the service is slow slow slow.We ordered standard noodle items from the menu. Forty minutes after we ordered we inquired when our food would arrive. The staff brushed us off. Ten minutes later I asked again, asking if we should try a different restaurant instead. The answer was noncommital. Finally 54 minutes after we ordered the food began arriving. The last person's food (there were five of us) arrived 59 minutes after we ordered.Making it worse, no one apologized or seemed concerned at any time during our time there, including at the end when we paid the bill. Maybe waiting almost an hour for food was not unusual there. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The food wasn't worth the wait. We'll never go there again.

This restaurant is situated amongst a number of other establishments, a few of which are restaurants, on the northwest side of the busy corner of 112th and Evergreen Way. The restaurant basically faces south, thus someone traveling south would have to look over their right shoulder to see this place.Inside, ample seating for a lunch crowd, tall ceilings with a little bit of environment with lower lighting levels and décor. I was seated quickly, my order taken, and the food arrived in a short time.Few restaurants of this type seem to have a salmon bento, but this is one of them. However, one has to add their own California rolls to make it âcompleteâ in this dinerâs opinion (to make it the equal of the first two places I had salmon bento)! My discerning (for this type of food) palate was very happy with the quality and quantity of food here and, if you like this kind of food, would recommend that you try it out!

We arrived during the lunch rush and were able to quickly order at the counter. We got the last table big enough for our group. The food was served quickly. It would be nice if they had Gyoza sauce served with the pot stickers. The ambiance could be a little better, but I sure like their lunches.

This restaurant is a welcome surprise on the edge of Everettâs downtown core. The interior is tasteful and the food presentation is amazing! I planned on having ramen, but after seeing the teriyaki, I had to try it. Your choice of protein (steak, chicken, salmon, mackerel) sits in a tower on top of a rice foundation that has been slightly grilled. Add roasted brussels sprouts and top with some salad..... pure delicious! We love our teriyaki in the PacificNW, but this takes it to a new level. Highly recommend. Oh, and I will be back for the ramen.

So this is the second time I've been to this restaurant. Both times the food has been great. The service has been friendly and the restaurant is clean. The question I have is where are all the customers? In the case of the first visit there was probably six other people in the restaurant including myself. In the case of this most recent visit me and my business associate were the only two people in the entire place. We saw a couple of takeouts so I'm guessing they must do a lot of takeout business. Regardless the food was great, it's fresh and I would go back again.

Always good when you can get in at 7:15 without a reservation at a place you know has good food. I've eaten here many times over the years, but had not been for a while. Our party of four had individual entrees (although you could share "family style", if desired). Pad Thai hit the mark for two, sweet & sour pork was satisfying for another, and my showering rama (love the peanut sauce!) was tasty, with the spinach steamed just right. We all had different "star levels"(spiciness), from one to three, and all were as expected. This restaurant has a nice atmosphere; can be a little noisy if you are near a big group. The restaurant was 3/4 full while we were there. Affordable "house style" wines (nothing extreme, or really expensive). Wait staff was very pleasant. Will come again.

Been a few years since weâve been in Everett. We always try and eat at Terracotta Red. Lunch today was as excellent as we remembered. Food and service were first rate. It will remain a go to must for all our trips to Everett.
