If you're looking for a beautiful, elegant dining experience, this is not the restaurant for you. However, if you like freshly made Chinese food at really reasonable prices, you'll want to try the Asian Express. The dining room is really only a collection of folding tables and old chairs; I would recommend getting the food to go. The food is made when you order, so it is always piping hot. If you're staying in one of the nearby hotels for business, this is a great spot to grab some food to bring back to the room. There are large and small sizes of the entrees, so you can buy exactly how much food you want as well (no leftovers for that hotel room). Overall, the food is terrific, and the price and convenience make it a great spot for travelers.

A little out hidden, but worth the find! I took my college golf team here, and they're sticklers for authentic Asian food, and especially Korean BBQ. They weren't disappointed. While the space is a little drab, it's also kind of homey and the service is excellent. Even better is the food. If you're in the area check it out.

Walking distance to the 2 Marriott properties (Springhill Suites and Townplace Suites). Good bar area and Sushi counter. Service was prompt and friendly. 2 parts of the facility (back is the oven top Japanese steak set up, front is traditional dining with booths and tables). Full Bar. Warm and Cold Sake options. Daily specials (including the occasional fatty tuna). Good pricing. And there is a little flair on the presentation for sashimi and sushi rolls. I will probably stay at these hotels again just to include a dinner at this restaurant.

In a lot of ways this restaurant is a 3 star but the food brings it up to 4. It's hidden away in an industrial complex, only open for lunch, accepts cash only, and the food is served cafeteria style based on the menu they make up for that day. That being said, the food is delicious and tastes fresh (not frozen). The staff is helpful, friendly, and fast. And the place does a booming lunchtime business. The atmosphere is mediocre but clean. Overall, it's a fun experience to find such amazing food in this little hideaway. Bring cash!

We really like this place. It is usually busy with a line but fast servers accommodate well. Select your meal and they cook it up fast. Wide variety of everything from noodles, rice, meats, seafood. Veggies are still crisp. Plating is great. Place is clean. Locals know where to go!

My son lives in Eden Prairie and decided he wanted to take me to this great Chinese restaurant. There was no buffet here tonight, but only an overpriced menu selection. Service was friendly and not so fast. I ordered a tofu /veggie dish, which was heavy on the celery, light on flavor and disappointing. My son got deep fried chicken in a flavorful sauce, but the chicken was hard to find. There was a lot of breading and scant chicken pieces. I will not be going back here for a meeting with my son as it was not worth my time or money.

I had stir fried cashew chicken, one of the best I've had. Also had the spring rolls and they were good. They have jazz music radio, nice but tempo is a little fast. Presentation of food is nice. Kitchen is a little noisy, if sitting at the front. Mid-range price.

Interesting Vietnamese /Chinese restaurant next to the "Holiday Gas station" and sharing the same washroom with the Gas station. Coming from Chicago, IL and now living in Victoria, MN for relocation of work I had a craving for Vietnamese cuisine and found this on Google. I decided to give this restaurant a try and have to say it was Good but NOT superb. The "Pho 75" was delicious for it did follow the flavor of a traditional Vietnamese Pho both in comparing between Vietnamese cuisine restaurants back in Chicago, IL USA as well as when I traveled to the country of Vietnam. I was a bit disappointed at the Vietnamese Spring roll because it did not have the extra ingredient of Cilantro added and the lettuce they used did not seem so fresh. it was OK in a sense that it did not taste bland but the presentation of the Spring roll did not match what they displayed on their menu which should look like what they are about to deliver. I would come back again and might give a star more since I too craved their "Com Tam" dishes which is also another popular dish in Vietnam and Chicago. The duck com tam is the one I will try next time with rice. Otherwise decent at 3 stars experience for the 1st time . Hope I can try their Chinese buffet too if their Chinese dishes are good? It is an Asian fusion next to a Gas Station. Unusual setup for an ethnic restaurant versus putting it by a shopping plaza or outlet mall.

The Great Mandarin has been around for many years in EP. The food is consistent. My favorite is their lunch buffet. Always have a wide variety of dishes and they refill it often. Ordering off of the menu is an option, and have enjoyed many dinners out with friends and family.
