We ate here recently with some family members. The restaurant is spartan but very clean and the service was friendly and good. The food was very tasty but I think the portions are a bit small (we both were hungry later in the evening). We had the curry and the pepper steak. Prices are certainly fair and there are a lot of good things on the menu. Definitely wotrth a second visit.

Banana Garden executes its dishes reasonably well, but the food is bland. We specifically ordered "spicy" and the waiter confirmed "spicy," but the food prepared was bland. We ordered rendang beef, asam okra and jintan lamb. No dish was greasy or terrible, but no dish was outstanding. There was a "background taste" of cumin in the jintan lamb; other than that, the dishes had an interchangeable taste. We drove out of our way to dine there. When a customer confirms and re-confirms "spicy," but the food prepared lacks taste, then a restaurant has a problem. I've been to Malaysia - Banana Garden seems to be aiming for the American yuppie crowd, not authentic cuisine. We do not intend to return.

Since it opened, my husband and I have been going here. We love it here! The restaurant is clean and spacious. The bathrooms/restrooms are very clean as well. The waiters are always polite. They are youngsters but they do not have attitudes. In regards to food, they have a variety of banchan which we love. The kalbi tang is outstanding! Their fried fish is so yummy! The prices for us are reasonable as their food are fresh as well as their vegetables. We eat a lot and always order a lot, so we always spend at least $60 when we go there. We don't mind as everything is superb there!

Discovered Sendo via its trip advisor reviews and its close proximity to the Courtyard Pleasanton. After a short walk down Hopyard I entered and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the chefs behind the sushi bar. Appreciated the great service, the excellent sushi, and the overall feel of the place. Highly recommended!

Our Koi Palace dinner was a total embarrassment and disappointment. The customer service was at their all time low! The food quality had gone down as well. I recommended my relative to have his birthday dinner here last Saturday. We ordered the âPeking duck family dinnerâ plus added few extra dishes on top of the fixed dinner. One of the new âblack jacketâ host was so unprofessional and definitely lacked customer service experience. If he worked for any other restaurants before, he should understand appetizers always come first. They brought out the noodle dish first â as the noodle dish was a Chinese traditional birthday dish symbolize good luck and is always the last dish to come out. Even worst, all the fixed dinner items came out all at the same time. We felt like we dined at a cheap buffet place instead of a reputable restaurant. The food came out was cold, no presentation and watery. Koi Palace better watch out and shape up. It has lots of Chinese eateries came into this area. You are not the only Chinese restaurant in this neighborhood anymore!

Driving around looking for sushi places on a 106 degree day is not my idea of fun. Finally found this place, which IS open on the weekends, unlike other places. We were pleasantly surprised. We were quickly treated and seated. There were edamame (free) for us to snack on while we made our menu choices. We chose two sushi rolls and we're pleased with both. I think our total bill was $30.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
Went for a family dinner to celebrate my wifeâs birthday. The service at this P.F. Changâs in Pleasanton felt like I was visiting a Dennyâs; no, thatâs not fair to Dennyâs. The food wasnât bad, but the service was inattentive, lazy and not what weâre used to. Save yourself a bad experience and go to Walnut Creek.

Mayflower Restaurant in Dublin, CA is an authetic chinese restaurant with a large, modern dining room. Traditional dim sum is prepared fresh and served daily at lunch. There is a large selection of fresh frozen as well as live seafood.
Weâve been to many Chinese restaurant, especially for dim sum. Food was very good. The venue seems popular as the dining rooms were pretty full on a midday Friday. A notable, outstanding feature is the clean, upscale private restrooms. This is quite uncommon for Chinese restaurants.

We love this place! The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would eat here everyday if we could. Definitely try the garlic and eggplant dishes, you canât go wrong with any of the variations, and just thinking about the green beans makes my mouth water!

I always pay attention on the freshness and quality of sushi and sashimi. This restaurant is one of the better one. The variety on other menu choices like grilled salmon and teriyaki ribs makes it appealing to all! However, the restaurant does get nosy and busy! The waiters and cooks are fast! I recommend this restaurant for good authentic sushi!
