DO NOT go to this place unless you want to have an (empty) drink container thrown across the bar towards where you're sitting by an angry waitress/bartender. And don't expect an apology. In addition, the bar counter was dirty and the guy behind the bar that the waitress was mad at was swearing up a storm. Why would anyone stay to try the food?We went in hoping to get a quick drink before a concert and this was the only place that was nearby and open. Should've gotten in our car and gone to a good place we know that was a little distance away.

On Thanksgiving eve, we purchased several take out dishes from China Yan. The Lo Main was rubbery and overcooked. The fried rice has little flavor. The vegetables were OK. The crab rangoon were preprepared and slightly rubbery not crisp as expected. One mark of good American Chinese cuisine is whether it reheats as a leftover well. In this case some of the food did not reheat and was tossed out. There are few good American Chinese restaurants that serve good basic fresh tasty food day in and out. If I feel like gambling I may try the China Yan again or maybe not.

This is by far my favorite Thai restaurant. Their fresh spring rolls and tasty sweet & sour sauce is the best. Every other place I order spring rolls, I am always disappointed, they can't beat Sara Thai's. I love their Drunken Noodle and the stir fries. They will make it as spicy as you like (or not spicy at all for my husband). It's not much for ambiance, but love the food and am never sorry I went. They will also prepare anything you'd like gluten free

This is a small but clean and nicely decorated Thai restaurant. The menu is lengthy but we selected fried rice and the house specialty duck. The duck was tasty tender and well presented with a pile of fresh vegetables. the service was good the location convenient and the food was not only hot tasty but enough for another meal or two. we enjoyed a pleasant downtown late afternoon meal.we did think it odd that we were offered water but no other beverage but not a problem.

We have a full bar, expansive dining room and 8 Hibachi tables for dining.
Went here for the first time. Was busy but we were seated quickly because we werenât doing the hibachi. We didnât have to wait long to be greeted and given our drinks. Unfortunately thatâs where the good service ended. Our waitress took a good 15 minutes to come back and take our order. When our good came out, only half of us got our food. We waited almost another 10 minutes before the others got their food. She never refilled our empty cups. And she didnât even stop to ask if our food was ok. Now, for the food..... it was delicious. We got a variety of foods and no one had a complaint. It was filling, it was delicious and if it was based on the food alone, I would have given this review all 5 stars

We offer a wide variety of authentic, home-cooked Thai Cuisine! We are a family-friendly Thai restaurant with over 40 years of combined experience, making real authentic Thai dishes for the whole family.
Stopped in for lunch while in Dover for a few hours. I had the steamed dumpling appetizer, which was very good, and a bowl of the chicken tom yum noodle soup. The broth had a good flavor but lacked the piquancy of other tom yum soups I've had elsewhere, and the chicken had no taste at all. Based on the two dishes I had, I'm rating it 'average' (dumplings -- very good, soup -- poor).

Did we eat at the same place as the other reviewers who gave this place favorable reviews? And we ate here 4 years ago and it was good. But not now. Nothing close to authentic Vietnamese. And way too many overly cooked, stir-fried-greased-soaked-vegetables with a typical Chinese sauce all over them that made the meal taste bad. Fast. Not over priced. Nice servers.
