We were there for dinner. Although it was busy, staff kept the tables bussed and food items were quickly replenished. Great variety of fruits and desserts. Entree selection was endless. Sushi was made right in front of the guests. There was a Mongolian barbecue available with all the items you would normally see. A good selection of Mexican food was offered also. A good place to eat for a very reasonable price. Senior discounts applied when asked.

The menu is pretty much standard, but they will spice up 'any' entrée if you ask, and I always ask for more spice. The service is good, the food is good, and the price is easy on your wallet.
Having just recently arrived in GA, and having been on LI, NY for the past several years, we have been enjoying again the tastes of the south. When we moved to the northeast from the midwest we expected the food to be different--and it was. What we weren't prepared for was the difference in ethnic foods. Mexican food on LI tastes absolutely nothing like Mexican food in the south. Ditto for Chinese. Basically, LI is all Italian food, and everything is somewhat 'Italianized'. And, while we enjoyed the wonderful Italian food, we were looking forward to returning to the Chinese and Mexican fare we were accustomed to. Today we ate Chinese for the first time, and it did not disappoint! This little restaurant is, by southern standards, a 'hole in the wall' place. Small, neat, clean, and unpretentious. The only nod to 'Chinese' decor was a picture on the wall and one obligatory red Chinese lantern. The menu was pretty extensive, and the prices were amazingly low (however, we ARE just coming from NY, so EVERYTHING seems amazingly low to us, LOL!!!). We ordered from both the lunch and regular menus. This is what we ordered:1 order of Chicken in Garlic Sauce (came with pork or vegetable fried rice)1 order of Mongolian Beef (came with pork or vegetable fried rice)1 order Crab Rangoon (10 ct)1 egg roll1 shrimp roll2 sodasFor all this, we paid $20 and some change. Now, we had no prior knowledge of the Bamboo Garden, so we had no expectations of portion size, taste, or quality of the food. Wow, not only were the portions ridiculously large for a 'lunch' menu, the food was delicious! We were shocked at the amount of food on the platters, and even more amazed at how much meat was in the dishes. It was just full of meat and veggies--and what a lovely assortment of veggies it was. There were carrots, and water chestnuts, and broccoli, and baby corn, and fresh pea pods, and onions, and celery, and oh, my goodness, so much that I can't even remember it all. The sauce was just scrumptious. It was seasoned perfectly, not too salty nor bland. The fried rice was delicious--and the portion was unbelievable. The crab rangoon was brought to us on a platter, just out of the fryer, and served with a delicious red dipping sauce that you would expect to be over-sweet, but was pleasantly mild and very complimentary to the crab rangoon. The egg rolls were good (according to hubby) and the shrimp roll had lots of shrimp. On top of all this, the soda wasn't the usual 12 oz can, but a 20 oz bottle, and it was very cold--which is what I like. All in all, Bamboo Garden was a wonderful surprise, and we will be going back--maybe for takeout next time. We could not eat all the food but did not get a 'to go' box as we weren't going straight home. But now I wish we'd been able to...I'd like to finish that Chicken with garlic sauce with a couple of crab rangoons about now :-)

It was 8:25pm and everything was empty except the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. What was left in the pan was dry and mostly veggies. The young lady who was serving us looked like she was under the influence and you could smell marijuana outside which could or could not have something to do with our squinty eyed server. Thankfully the food we got was edible. The staff were washing dishes and walking around with soap all over their arms, coughing openly, and running in and out the side door. So disappointing that the employees show complete disregard for the company that they work for. I personally just hope I don't get sick because of their flippant attitude.

Food is good and there's a nice variety, though as with many of these type of places, the actual temperature of the food could be better. Hotter mostly, but also the cold things could be colder. Dishes appear reasonably fresh. Great sweet tea and decent service.

This is a quiet, peaceful restaurant (at least it was on the Friday night we visited) with friendly, quick service and reasonable prices. It's located in a strip mall and is easy to miss--maybe that's why it wasn't crowded at all. It's WAY better than Daruma, a other restaurant nearby. We tried a sushi roll and a scallops combo dinner. There was plenty for sharing.

Restaurant was not too full (one other customer). Food was served quickly, but there was only a cashier/waiter. Perhaps because it was late afternoon. Noodles were nice and the pork fried rice was really good! Waiter was very friendly and receptive.

Polar opposite of the last time I visited. Super slow service food order was wrong for the whole table. Horrible horrible service. Sat for 30 minutes waiting on the check. Sat for over 30 minutes with empty drinks. Absolutely negligent server. It was sooo bad that it makes me not want to go back. Even after the stellar service we got the first time.

Heading home from an activity in Atlanta and decided to give this restaurant a try for something different. We each tried a soup- coconut/chicken and the spicy seafood. We each liked our choice. I had the spicy garlic shrimp. Great vegetables and a fair amount of shrimp. My husband had the salmon curry- nice-sized piece of fish with sauce. We tried a fried banana dessert- great! Reminded me of bananas foster. Would et here again on when enroute! Attentive service too and reasonable prices.
