Fast, casual Vietnamese food in Breckenridge. Steps away from the gondola just off Main St. Pho, Ban mi, Vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and more.
Cute spot and very delicious. The Pho is great. They have a vegan broth option which allowed my husband and I to go eat here. Super casual, small spot. 2-3 outdoor tables and just a few indoors, too. A little pricey but fresh ingredients.

Large bar and grill inside a smaller looking building. Good service and food. The Colorado Bison Chili was not too spicy. We had several types of burgers also - all good. The sweet potato fries were crisp and tasty. If I donât die from altitude sickness we will return.

The restaurant has oriental decor and green plants by the windows. From the entrance, we saw a large bin overflowing with dirty dishes by the bar. Menus had sticky green chunks on them and ratty at the edges. Service is friendly, and sitting area was clean.Food pictures looked good. I always try the pho, and it is not a rich broth but rather diluted without much flavor. A few pieces of extra veggies was well extra cost. The basil, sprouts, and lime toppings came in a bamboo basket that doesn't look washable and not very sanitary. Noodles are cooked well. Go for extra meat to make the pho more hearty.Plan for about $20 per person without drinks. There are 3 pho restaurants in Summit County, and this one isn't as good as the other 2.

First time visitors from the East Coast, visiting our son who lives in Breckenridge. Fortunately, he has frequented this establishment numerous times, so we left the ordering to him, with the very able assistance of Lori our server. Wow!!! What a dining experience! Unique and delicious. Well worth a return visit.

The soups here are very good with many kinds to choose from. We also shared an egg salad on croissant sandwich which was fantastic! There were a variety of freshly prepared salads. They also have cookies and soft drinks. Prices were better than most in this tourist town. Thereâs limited indoor seating and outdoor as well but it is a small and cozy place set in a strip mall near a supermarket. We are so glad that you enjoyed Soupz On as much as we love running it. We have great chef's and staff and we are all passionate about providing a fantastic food, excellent customer service and a good price point in a ski town. We look forward to seeing you again soon from Stacy and staff at Soupz On.
Where to Eat in Copper Mountain: The Best Restaurants and Bars

My husband, kids and I ate dinner here one night while on a holiday ski trip to Copper Mountain. When staying for five nights and eating out for lunch and dinner, we need some variety in cuisine. There aren't a ton of places to eat in the village, so we decided to give this place a shot. We ate on the earlier side, so we were seated right away in the back of the restaurant by the doors to the bathrooms. Needless to say, the atmosphere wasn't terrific. Our waitress was friendly, though her English was just OK and we don't speak her native language - lots of pointing and nodding going on. The food was edible, nothing terrible, nothing great. I wouldn't eat here again.

If you're in Breckenridge and have a hankering for Sushi or Japanese American you have a good place to go! Very impressive selection of Sushi prepared fresh and in top notch form. Also Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu for those that may not care for Sushi or fish. The passionfruit mule was a nice, fresh take on the classic Moscow mule. Plenty of seating - very comfortable.
