Bibigo is a growing fast casual restaurant that combines a fresh, healthy build-your-own bibimbap bowl experience inspired by the flavors of Korea.
In LA and stumbled upon this place. It is the Chipotle of Korean Bbq. Made fresh and cheap. I had the pork noodle bowl and it was so flavorful. You choose what meat and veggies go into the bowl. If you have a hot bowl you are given tofu soup. Not a big fan of tofu soup, this soup was flavorful and very spicy. It was surprisingly good. Not like the tofu soup at a Japanese restaurant. My son had a similar dish with rice. A lot of food. Each dish was $10. Very good food for rather cheap. I wish this restaurant chain was on the east coast.

From coast to coast, the dim sum are very similar. I always wish restaurants would be more creative. I was very pleased with the dim sum here. There are so many different selections in addition to the traditional ones. Everything was delicious. The service was great. The waiter always checking my teapot. Empty dishes were removed promptly. This is one of the best dim sum restaurant I have ever been to. I wished I had a bigger stomach so I can try more things. Thumbs up!
Healthy food became synonymous with overpriced or tasteless. (Sometimes both.) We here at Montebello Pho & Sandwich want to change that. Let us introduce you to Vietnamese cuisine. It combines the rich flavors of Asian cuisine with healthier ingredients.
This place is a bit hidden at the corner of Whittier and Garfield. It's on Whittier by the corner. Not very noticeable but it has a cozy patio and inside dining as well. Their specialty are Vietnamese noodle (Pho) with a very tasty soup base. Surprisingly good for a little restaurant. There's other things on the menu as well such as rice with dishes, fried rice, chow mien and I saw a number of people order the sandwiches to go. The variety was quite a bit and they seem to serve everything fast. The place was clean and the lady that took the order was very friendly as well. If you dine in, they offer free ice water you can serve yourself and the this is probably the best "pho" I ever had in Montebello. Great for quick lunch. I ordered A3 Pho rare Beef for $7.95 was very happy with the meal. I would go back again to try their sandwich.
